Research On The Project Management Of Beautiful Rural Construction Of Y Company Based On PPP Mode

Currently,due to the early start of county(city)infrastructure construction,county(city)municipal infrastructure construction has gradually become mature and perfect.By the end of 2020,domestic garbage and domestic sewage collection and treatment have been basically realized in 129counties(cities and districts)of 16 cities in Yunnan Province.In rural areas,by the end of 2020,In the province,1,198 agriculture-related townships(towns and street agencies)and 127,000 villages have received centralized or simple treatment of household garbage,accounting for 99.23 percent and 98.6percent respectively.However,45% of towns and 55% of villages still adopt simple equipment such as simple landfills and simple incinerators,which fails to meet the requirements of harmless treatment.Moreover,the treatment of rural domestic sewage is still in the initial stage.Some villages and towns mostly adopt simple ecological methods to solve the problem of domestic sewage.Engineering construction standards are still not high,and the supporting facilities for effective treatment of domestic sewage are not perfect,domestic sewage can not be effectively collected and treated,basically can be said to be "garbage blown by the wind,sewage by evaporation".However,due to weak financial resources,insufficient investment and other problems,can not be properly solved.Since 2017,Yunnan Province has extended the co-construction model of publicprivate-partnership(PPP)to urban and rural construction,city reconstruction,transportation,urban renewal of old residential area renovation and other Public infrastructure services.This construction model can raise funds for the government and provide projects for the builders.Providing opportunities for investors can guide the establishment of an investment and construction mode with government subsidies and social participation,transform government functions and stimulate market vitality.On the basis of in-depth research on the theories of Chinese and foreign papers and periodicals,this paper takes the PPP project management carried out by Y Company as the main case study object,and conducts big data analysis and investigation on the actual situation of progress control in the project management of the company under the PPP model.To find out the problems existing in the project management process of the company,find out the causes according to the problems,put forward optimization measures,and organically combine the theories related to project management with practical operation,which is conducive to strengthen the decision-making and operation ability of project managers,improve the overall level of enterprise development,provide reference for managers,and provide reference for the government to decide which projects can promote the PPP model.
