Nevertheless, Chinese refining engineering companies shall try to continuously undertake projects overseas, and summarize the successful experiences and failure lessons, in order to better explore the overseas market.For oil refining project in central Asia, which has the common requirements of overseas project, also has its special characteristics, such as complex geographical situation, the domestic technology level and the particularity of cultural differences, may encounter many problems in the process of project operation, analysis and summary of these issues is very necessary.This article from the project management, project organization and mode of operation perspective, elaborated the research background and significance at first, and puts forward the research ideas and methods.
