| China is the second largest poultry producer in the world because of its huge productivity and consumption power of poultry products.The development of poultry processing industry promotes the demand for mechanical automation in this industry.However,at present the basket feeding operation in poultry processing industry is still in the period of manual operation,with high labor intensity and poor working environment.Basket feeding is the first production link of poultry split production line.In order to save labor meanwhile improve the working environment of workers and improve the efficiency of basket feeding,the development of automatic feeding system is particularly important.In this thesis,designs and develops a basket automatic feeding system,completes the structural design,hydraulic system design and structural simulation analysis of the whole machine,and develops a prototype of the system based on the background of a poultry processing enterprise.Field tests were carried out on the whole machine operation flow,lifting hydraulic cylinder load and the whole machine efficiency to verify the correctness and feasibility of the design ideas.The lifting,taking and handling mechanism of the basket was designed and the threedimensional model of the whole machine of the automatic feeding system was established according to the structural characteristics of the poultry turnover basket.This thesis analyses the action requirement of the automatic feeding system,designs the hydraulic system,utilizes ADAMS software to simulate the kinematics of the automatic feeding system,sets the travel time of the actuator,adjusts the action time according to the simulation time of feedback,and puts forward the motion scheme of the coordinated action of the actuator,which provides the basis for the later design of the control system.Static simulation analysis and modal analysis of the main components and the whole machine of the automatic feeding system are carried out by utilizing ANSYS software.The position and deformation of stress concentration under static load are analyzed.The natural frequencies and vibration modes of the whole machine under free state are obtained.Especially,the transient simulation of the picking-up device and the handling device is carried out to analyze the stress and displacement changes during the movement process.The simulation results show that the static and dynamic characteristics of the designed automatic feeding system can meet the actual production requirements and can be used as part of the automatic pipeline in production.Through the development of automatic feeding system for poultry production line baskets,the automatic feeding,taking-out and handling of baskets have been completed,the unmanned operation of feeding links has been realized,the labor cost has been reduced,the actual operation needs of enterprises have been met,and the production efficiency and automation level of poultry processing industry have been improved. |
