In order to solve the problem that it is difficult to carry out the blasting smoke poisoning emergency rescue drill and training in underground mines and the experimental teaching involving emergency rescue courses of related majors in colleges and universities,the paper designs and develops a virtual simulation system for blasting smoke poisoning emergency rescue when tunneling underground mines based on Unity3 d.The paper uses 3dmax to establish a mine tunnel model,simulates the actual environment of the mine,and uses Unity3 d to simulate the self-rescue and mutual rescue methods that the miners should take when a blasting accident occurs,and the steps and methods of rescuers wearing equipment to go down and rescue.Use multimedia,computer keyboard,mouse and other human-computer interactive operations to achieve the purpose of emergency rescue drills and training in mining enterprises,and experimental teaching in colleges and universities.The system built a highly simulated mine virtual experimental environment,established a model of underground equipment,a character model of workers and rescuers,and an animation model of responding to accidents.It reproduced the process from blasting smoke to the worker’s poisoning and falling to the ground,and simulated disasters.The basic response method that workers and rescuers should take when it happens,realizes human-computer interaction.Users can carry out emergency rescue of blasting smoke poisoning in a virtual environment and understand the response process of blasting smoke poisoning accidents.The virtual simulation system sets the underground safety operation specifications such as the selection of safety equipment for miners and rescuers before going down,and the wearing of safety equipment when personnel enter the poisoned tunnel.It simulates the response steps of miners and rescuers when the poisoning accident occurs,and the steps of rescuers go down to rescue.It has a positive effect on emergency drills and training of mining enterprises.The design of the system allows students to learn the steps of self-rescue,mutual rescue,alarm,and artificial respiration when workers respond to a poisoning accident in a mine tunnel.Observed the models of positive pressure oxygen breathing apparatus,life detectors,wireless communication phones and other instruments used for underground rescue.Students have a full understanding of the underground environment,blasting smoke poisoning and emergency rescue after blasting smoke poisoning.At the same time,the virtual simulation system adopts an interactive and guided design,which expands the depth and breadth of emergency rescue content,stimulates the learning interest of miners and students,and makes corporate drills,training and experimental courses that are difficult to carry out vivid,vivid and convenient.
