Abstract/Summary:
As a kind of rotating mechanical oil recovery equipment commonly used in oil field production operations,the submersible oil motor is widely used in continental oil fields and offshore oil fields.In order to ensure the durability and reliability of the operation of the submersible motor,it is very important to monitor its operating status in real time.The state signal of the submersible motor includes vibration,temperature,electrical parameters,etc.,in which the vibration signal is often closely related to some faults and potential faults of the motor.Therefore,the study of vibration characteristics is of great significance to the state recognition of the submersible motor.In this thesis,the analysis of motor vibration characteristics is used as the research content,and the underground parameter monitoring system design of the submersible motor is the application goal.The research contents are as follows:(1)A three-dimensional multi physical field transient coupling model of submersible motor is established,and the electric field,magnetic field and dynamic field of submersible motor are numerically simulated.First,use this model to perform modal analysis and calculation on the submersible motor to obtain the natural frequency of the motor system structure.Then calculate the transient electromagnetic field of this model,get the electromagnetic field distribution under the operating state,and use the Maxwell stress tensor method to calculate the electromagnetic force of the motor.Finally,the dynamic simulation is completed through the calculation results of the electromagnetic force before,and the vibration response of the submersible motor structure is obtained.(2)The vibration characteristics of the submersible motor with dynamic rotor eccentricity fault are simulated and analyzed.The dynamic eccentricity of the rotor of the submersible motor is numerically simulated on the basis of the established three-dimensional vibration model of the motor,and the vibration response of the motor under the dynamic eccentricity of the rotor is obtained.The simulated vibration acceleration signal is compared with the measured motor vibration acceleration signal,the validity of the finite element simulation model is verified,and then the design of the submersible motor monitoring system is provided by studying the vibration characteristics of the motor case measurement point.(3)A set of submersible motor underground parameter monitoring system is designed,which mainly includes two parts: the underground acquisition system and the well processing system.The vibration data it measures can be corroborated with the simulation model.
