| As one of the most important oil recovery methods,electric submersible pump(ESP)has been widely used in various fields.In order to ensure the quality of ESP and reduce operating costs,the ESP and submersible motor must be tested on the experimental well before being put in practice.The assembly quality problems are usually presented as abnormal vibration and abnormal temperature rise during the operation.Since there is no specific criterion for classifying the ESP and submersible motor vibration intensity,in this paper,we design a set of experiments for the wells downhole vibration and temperature measuring system.The system is able to collect data of vibration and temperature signal.With data acquired,it can work out the vibration evaluation standard and the comprehensive evaluation standard to measure ESP and submersible motor quality.In this thesis,the main work and achievements are as follows:(1)The paper designed a vibration and temperature device.It provides a large number of basic data for assembly quality analysis and evaluation.(2)A three-dimensional vibration model is established to provide the theroretical basis for the three-dimensional synthesis.We aslo develop a three-dimensional vibration model and use root mean square to complete the synthesis of the three-dimensional vibration signal.In order to explore stability of vibration signals,this paper presents a time window translation method,and discuss the relationship between the vibration root mean square of the same testing points in three dimensions and the vibration relationship between the three test points of the same power pump or motor.(3)We discuss the relationship between temperature and environment,a function fitting the optimal temperature curve is designed on the basis of the collected temperature data,and the temperature rise of ESP and submersible motor is determined by fitting the relative parameters.The temperature coefficient is used to determine the assembly quality of the pump or motor.Finally,in this paper,the initial value of K-means is optimized by curve inflection point.This not only improves the clustering time,but the clustering result also become more stable.At the same time,the improved K-means clustering algorithm is used to cluster the vibration index normalized dividing the ESP and submersible motor assembly quality is divided into four levels("excellent","good","qualified","basically qualified"). |
