Parametric Design Of Spectacle And Development Of Intelligent Spectacle Fitting System

With the improvement of network and information,the new retail model of intelligent spectacle fitting based on the Internet has a broad development prospect.However,the personalized customization process of traditional spectacle has the characteristics of long cycle,high cost and small customer groups,etc.And users have problems such as selection difficulties and unsatisfactory wearing comfort in the process of choosing spectacle.It is urgent to innovate the process of customized spectacle and the selection of spectacle.This paper focuses on the parametric design of spectacle and the intelligent matching of spectacle styles,intelligent spectacle fitting system is developed.This paper proposes a parametric design method for spectacle based on user facial features.The mathematical relationship between facial feature information and spectacle key feature parameters is established.A parametric design method of the spectacle bridge,spectacle frame and spectacle legs with facial features as the driving parameters is established.The parametric design of spectacle products is realized.The parametric design system for spectacle is developed and the feasibility of the method is verified.A 3D spectacle model library is established by the system.An intelligent matching algorithm for spectacle style based on user personalized demand is proposed.Established an intelligent matching model between user personalized demand information and spectacle model library.Established an intelligent matching algorithm between user personalized demand information and spectacle model library.The spectacle style intelligent fitting system is developed by applying the intelligent matching algorithm.The rationality and effectiveness of the intelligent matching algorithm are verified.Completed the development of intelligent spectacle fitting system and conducted a comprehensive functional test of the system.The intelligent spectacle fitting system realized the parametric design function of the spectacle with the facial features as the driving parameters and the intelligent matching function of the spectacle styles with user personalized demand as the matching parameters.It has important theoretical and practical significance for solving the problems existing in the process of personalization of spectacle and the selection of spectacle.
