Research On The Construction And Characteristics Of Mental Crisis Warning Index Of Railway Train Drivers

Rail train driver is a key component of rail transit system and an important factor to ensure the safe operation of trains.In the process of driving,rail train drivers not only need to accept the challenge from the external environment noise,but also need to maintain a high state of visual and mental tension during driving for a long time,in order to accept instructions and deal with fault events at any time.Therefore,rail train drivers are required to have a good psychological quality in addition to skilled professional skills.The mental health of railway drivers is directly related to the safety of people’s lives and property.The establishment of early warning index and early warning questionnaire for railway train drivers,and the research on the characteristics of early warning for railway train drivers on the basis of the index,is conducive to the detection of individual crisis among railway train drivers,and is of great significance for guaranteeing the safety of rail transit operation.Based on this,the following three studies are carried out:In study 1,based on ABC theory and grounded theory,the interview contents of 12 rail train drivers were coded and analyzed,and the early warning indicators of psychological crisis of rail train drivers were preliminarily obtained.There were 3 primary indexes,11 secondary indexes and 73 tertiary indexes,including negative life events,negative reactions and negative individual factors.In the second study,Delphi method was used to invite 20 experts engaged in rail train industry for two rounds of consultation and discussion,and 58 key indicators were retained in the end.Including marriage and love frustration,family changes,economic pressure,relatives sick,long time can not go back to see parents,children’s academic problems,friend disputes,friends communication single and less time,old vehicles,poor driving environment,company work requirements,equipment failure,unreasonable passengers,long time solo driving,personal scheduling leads to driving time inconsistency,less rest time,and Leadership relationship is not good,driving at night,leadership management is not humanized,company management is not reasonable,wheel ride shift driving system is not reasonable,the number of assessment requirements is not reasonable,by different leaders continuous criticism,unfair leadership management,wages are withheld,too little income,pay is not proportional to income,driving safety problems,epidemic,bad weather,major traffic accidents,physical diseases,sleep Disorder,excessive fatigue,loss of appetite,depression,grievance,sad,irritability,fear,tension,anger,loneliness,addictive behavior,stay up late,inattention,fidgeting,decadent,not aspirant,negative,impulsive,encounter problems think is their own reasons,encounter problems think is bad luck,encounter problems think is the reason of others,type A personality,neuroticism,low Conscientiousness and introversion.Then,the AHP method is used to invite 10 psychological experts to carry out weight analysis on the primary and secondary indexes,and the results show that the weight of negative reaction is the largest.Study 3 compiled the Initial Questionnaire of Psychological Crisis Warning for Railway Train Drivers on the basis of the index constructed in Study 2.A total of 237 rail train drivers were selected as subjects,10 invalid questionnaires were deleted,and exploratory factor analysis was conducted on 227 questionnaires to obtain the initial "Rail train drivers psychological crisis warning questionnaire".Then,the test of 1769 rail train drivers combined with confirmative factor analysis found that the psychological crisis situation of rail train drivers is generally good,in the Likert 5 score is at a low level,but there are still 7% of drivers in the orange heavy police or red big police area,so it is necessary to further strengthen the attention and intervention of them.According to the preliminary research results on the characteristics of psychological crisis of rail train drivers,the characteristics of psychological crisis are as follows: male rail train drivers are more likely to suffer from psychological crisis;With the increase of age,working years,safe miles and daily working hours,the likelihood of psychological crisis will increase;Drivers with pre-existing conditions are more likely to suffer from psychological crises;Train drivers with bad family atmosphere are more likely to suffer from psychological crisis;In addition,train drivers whose marriages were divorced were more likely to cause psychological crisis.In summary,the conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)There are 3 first-level indicators,11 second-level indicators and 58 third-level indicators for the early warning indicators of psychological crisis of rail train drivers,among which the weight of negative reaction is the largest,and negative reaction has a greater impact on rail train drivers.(2)The reliability and validity of the questionnaire for psychological crisis warning of railway train drivers are good,which provides a screening tool for psychological crisis warning of railway train drivers.(3)The psychological crisis of rail train drivers has significant differences in gender,age,working years,safe mileage,daily working hours,past medical history,family atmosphere and marital status.
