It is a universal fact that the ecological crisis has gone beyond hunger, pestilence and war, and became the biggest nightmare which is a threat to our survival and development. There is no doubt that the ecological crisis has not only a personal crisis, a national or regional crisis, but also a global crisis, as a serious disaster. In order to reflect and solve the ecological crisis, firstly, the paper researched the four aspects of ecological crisis: environmental issues, ecological issues, resource issues, population issues, and the three-dimensional structure of the ecological crisis: the relationship between man and nature, the relationship between human beings and human beings, the relationship between human's physical and psychological. Secondly, the paper selected for the relationship between human's physical and mental which is the third dimension of the ecological crisis to reflect the ecological crisis as a unique perspective. Thirdly the paper explored the Heidegger's theory about the ways of survival, and the consumerism-survival of modern human, and believed that the essence of the human's physical and psychological issues is the way of survival and from the relationship between human's physical and psychological dimension to reflect the ecological crisis means to reflect modern human's survival. Finally, it came to the conclusion that the essence of the ecological crisis is the survival crisis. People need to change the way of survival to resolve the ecological crisis and reconsider human as the subject of practice, nature as the object of practice and the relationship between the two ,by using Marxist theory and methodology of ecological philosophy.
