Research On The Design Of Socks For Preventing Lower Limb Varicose Veins Based On The Needs Of Medical Staff

Lower limb varicose veins are a highly prevalent vascular disease worldwide,with a significant incidence rate.Among them,healthcare workers are a high-risk group for lower limb varicose veins,and their lower limb health issues deserve attention.Therefore,the design and development of preventive lower limb varicose vein stockings based on the needs of healthcare workers are of great significance.The working principle of preventive lower limb varicose vein stockings is to apply quantified and decreasing pressure on the legs when worn,promoting smooth venous blood flow,preventing stasis,and ensuring good circulation of lower limb blood.This helps healthcare workers effectively reduce the risk of leg varicose veins and protect their lower limb health.In addition,with the gradual improvement of people’s material living standards,the attention and management of personal health have become a basic requirement.The research and design of functional stockings have become a major trend in the stockings market.However,the classification boundaries of preventive lower limb varicose vein stockings on the market are vague,and there is a lack of designs that cater to the needs of different populations,resulting in inadequate functional design of such stockings.Therefore,the research and development of preventive lower limb varicose vein stockings that meet the needs of healthcare workers,have good preventive effects,are comfortable to wear,and are fashionable and aesthetically pleasing are of great significance.The research conducted a comprehensive study on the design of preventive compression stockings for lower limb varicose veins based on the needs of healthcare professionals.Firstly,theoretical analysis was conducted on the background,significance,and domestic and foreign research status of the topic,providing a theoretical foundation and reference for the research.Through a systematic review of relevant theoretical research,the characteristics of lower limb varicose veins,the principle of preventive compression stockings,the characteristics of healthcare professionals,and the requirements of preventive compression stockings based on their needs were analyzed comprehensively.Secondly,through market research,questionnaire surveys,and field observations,a comprehensive investigation and research were conducted on the needs of healthcare professionals.The collected data were scientifically validated using SPSS data analysis method,and the design principles for preventive compression stockings based on the needs of healthcare professionals were summarized.Next,based on the design principles,the design elements that preventive compression stockings for healthcare professionals should possess were analyzed and proposed,providing a reference basis for the subsequent design practice.Finally,based on the analysis of the design elements for preventive compression stockings based on the needs of healthcare professionals,design practice was conducted,and subjective evaluations were carried out to verify the rationality of the design.At the same time,the research was summarized and deficiencies were pointed out,and future prospects were proposed.
