Ammonia is not only an important driver of atmospheric haze pollution, but also can lead to soil acidification and water pollution, and the impact on environmental pollution cannot be ignored.Under the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei coordinated development strategy and the concept of green development,Hebei Province pays more and more attention to the problem of environmental pollution, and establishes a high-resolution anthropogenic ammonia emission inventory in Hebei Province through the emission factor method and spatiotemporal allocation method,so as to accurately and objectively grasp the temporal and spatial distribution characteristics of ammonia emissions in the region, which is helpful to formulate reasonable and effective air pollution prevention and control measures. The main conclusions are as follows:In 2019,anthropogenic ammonia emissions in this region were 787.76 kt,of which livestock and poultry breeding(534.13kt)and nitrogen fertilizer application sources(162.66kt)were the main contributors, accounting for 88.45% of the total emissions, and meat poultry and urea were the main contributors of livestock and nitrogen fertilizer ammonia emissions, respectively.Among the non-agricultural sources, ammonia emissions from human emissions, fuel combustion and road mobile sources contributed greatly, accounting for 63.60% of the ammonia emissions from non-agricultural sources.Shijiazhuang(119.65kt)and Handan(101.27kt)contributed the most to ammonia emissions, accounting for 28.05% of the total emissions.Quantification of the uncertainty range of ammonia emission inventories according to Monte Carlo analysis. In 2019,the uncertainty range of the 95% confidence interval of the anthropogenic source ammonia emission inventory in Hebei Province was-11.99% to 13.36%,among which the uncertainty range of non-agricultural sources(-31.70%,48.51%)was larger than that of agricultural sources(-12.39%,14.00%).Among the sub-sources,the uncertainty of chemical production, waste treatment and horse and donkey mules was greater.Compared with similar emission inventories, the anthropogenic ammonia emission inventory in Hebei Province in 2019 established in this paper has less uncertainty and more reliable results.Based on the collected meteorological data and vector geographic data, the spatial and temporal allocation of emission inventories was carried out through Arc GIS spatial analysis technology and empirical formula model. In terms of spatial allocation, the ammonia emissions from agricultural sources in Hebei Province showed the characteristics of high south and low north, with high-value areas mainly distributed in Shijiazhuang City and Handan City, and non-agricultural source high-value areas mainly distributed in the center of each city.Ammonia emissions from agricultural and non-agricultural sources complement each other spatially, and ammonia emissions are mainly distributed in southern cities in Hebei Province. In terms of time allocation, ammonia emissions from livestock and poultry breeding sources varied with temperature in both monthly and daily variations, and reached the maximum emissions in July and 15 o’clock, respectively. However, the nitrogen fertilizer application source has obvious seasonal characteristics in the monthly change, there is no obvious ammonia emission from October to February of the following year, and the ammonia emission gradually increases in March and reaches two peaks in April and June, which are mainly affected by temperature.
