China’s reform and opening up has been 43 years,the development of China’s private enterprises from small to large,from weak to strong,and the private sector can be said to have contributed a lot.In this process,China’s private economy from small to large,from weak to strong,enterprise management level and the quality of management team have been rapid development.More and more high-tech enterprises belong to private enterprises.They insist on independent innovation,dare to challenge the emerging fields with high science and technology content,and gallop on the economic stage at home and abroad,or become well-known enterprises in the industry,or become listed companies.However,due to the innate weakness of private enterprises,low quality of managers and unbalanced development,A number of private enterprises still have many and major problems in enterprise management,such as the serious phenomenon of rule by man,poor risk resistance,extensive management,lack of talent,lack of standardized decision-making system.Blind foreign investment and following the trend of diversified development will bring the risk of business failure,bankruptcy and bankruptcy.Many cases of failure of private enterprises are constantly ringing the alarm to us,the low effectiveness or even lack of internal control has become an important reason to hinder the sustainable and healthy development of private enterprises in China.In addition,after the completion of the first centenary goal,China is now marching towards the second centenary Goal.In this situation,as an important part of the national economy,It is particularly necessary and important for private enterprises to improve their management level,including internal control.The main problem of this study is aimed at precision copper tube manufacturing industry outstanding private enterprises,JL company internal control analysis of existing problems in the process of research,an excellent private enterprise in the precision copper tube manufacturing industry,and Put forward countermeasures and suggestions for improving internal control problems of JL Company: Integrating theory with practice,this paper analyses and sorts out the relevant theoretical and practical data.and analyses the collected data system and finishing,on this basis,through to our country private enterprise internal control present situation and the main influence factors(such as governance structure,management concept,the enterprise scale,business complexity,growth phase,the culture of the company,company strategy,human resources,etc.),combined with the author’s years of work experience in JL Company,the effectiveness of internal control of JL and HL Company,two private enterprises with significant influence in the precision copper tube manufacturing industry,are compared.Through in-depth analysis of the status quo and some key problems,it is concluded that the effectiveness of JL company’s internal control is low;At the same time,draw lessons from HL company’s successful internal control experience,put forward suggestions to improve the effectiveness of JL company’s internal control: Such as reduced corporate insider control,improving enterprise managerial skill,establishing a clear authorization mechanism.And the founder of the enterprise should be moderate decentralization,upgrade the enterprise human resources management,enterprise risk assessment of the scientific system and response system,Ensure the effective implementation of control activities,play an effective role of internal supervision,in order to improve the enterprise internal control effectiveness.Through this paper,the author hopes that through the in-depth research and analysis of the internal control problems of JL Company,the author can provide suggestions and support for the development of JL Company,and also enable China’s private enterprises to take a warning,improve the correct understanding,and make it really play a positive role in the business development of enterprises,rather than mere formality.Hope this article can to our country private enterprise be used for reference in the improvement of internal control,inspire and think about improving the operation and management of JL Company and other private enterprises and promoting the healthy and sustainable development of enterprises,and provide some reference and help.
