| In recent years,with the continuous expansion of the scale of colleges and universities,the occurrence frequency of fire accidents has increased rapidly,and the investigation result is that the fire facilities are not perfect and the management is not in place.Therefore,it is of great significance to scientifically and accurately evaluate the current situation of fire safety in colleges and universities and to take corresponding prevention and control measures in advance to protect the life and health of teachers and students in colleges and universities,reduce property losses and orderly carry out daily work.Aiming at the problems and deficiencies of the existing fire safety evaluation system,combined with the uncertainty existing in the process of fire safety evaluation in colleges and universities,the paper analyzes the influencing factors of fire safety in colleges and universities based on the 5M theory,constructs the index system of fire safety evaluation in colleges and universities,and calculates the weight of each index through the particle swarm optimization analytic hierarchy process.The fire safety evaluation system of colleges and universities based on unascertained measure theory is established,and a university in Jilin Province is taken as the research object to demonstrate.The conclusions are as follows:(1)This paper systematically analyzes all kinds of uncertain information in the process of fire safety evaluation in colleges and universities.Based on the principle of error analysis,the uncertain information sources in the process of fire safety evaluation in colleges and universities are analyzed from three aspects:data acquisition,data processing and human error,and the concrete forms of uncertain information in"model"and"data"are analyzed.(2)Construct the evaluation index system of fire safety in colleges and universities.Through literature review,relevant domestic standards and expert consultation,taking colleges and universities as the research object,"5M theory"improved based on 4M theory is adopted to analyze influencing factors of fire safety in colleges and universities,and a fire safety evaluation index system of colleges and universities is determined,including 5 influencing factors(criterion layer)and 23evaluation indicators(scheme layer).The five influencing factors are composed of human influencing factors,fire control facilities,fire safety management,internal and external environment of buildings,and special risk sources of colleges and universities.(3)The fire safety evaluation system of colleges and universities based on unascertained measure theory is constructed.Determine the fire safety evaluation procedures of colleges and universities,and combine the characteristics of the unascertained measure theory to divide the safety evaluation levels,through literature review,domestic relevant standards and expert consultation to determine the grading standards of each evaluation index;Particle swarm optimization analytic Hierarchy process(PSO-AHP)was used to calculate the weight of each index.The automatic weight calculation program of PSO-AHP was programmed by MATLAB to calculate the weight value of each indexωand weight vector Wi.Based on the construction principle of unascertained measure function and index classification standard,a single index measure functionμ(x)was constructed for each evaluation index,and an image of unascertained measure function was drawn by MATLAB to establish a single index measure model and a multi-index measure model,and a confidence criterion was used to evaluate the fire safety level of colleges and universities.(4)JAVA programming language is used to write the calculation program of fire safety evaluation in colleges and universities based on the unascertained measure theory,and the calculation program is used to evaluate the fire safety situation of a college in Jilin Province.The evaluation result is"relatively safe",which accords with the actual situation of the college fire safety.And through the comparative analysis of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation results,the accuracy and reliability of the safety evaluation system of unascertained measure of fire protection in colleges and universities are verified. |
