| The problem of environmental pollution has gradually emerged with the development of China’s economy and society,and the harmonious coexistence between man and the environment has become one of the topics in recent years.As early as 2005,Comrade Xi Jinping,then Secretary of the Zhejiang Provincial Party Committee,put forward the concept that "green water and green mountains are gold and silver mountains".At present,China has introduced a number of new environmental protection policies,focusing on adjusting the industrial structure,shifting from an extensive development model to a high-quality development model,and jointly building an environment-friendly society.In this context,the environmental protection industry has ushered in development,and the environmental consulting industry has risen with it.ZH environmental protection consulting company is a long-term commitment to all levels of government and enterprises to provide environmental damage judicial appraisal,environmental monitoring technical services,hazardous waste identification,soil pollution status investigation and risk assessment and other environmental protection consulting services company,in recent years market access gradually increased,market competition in the context of how to maintain the high-quality sustainable development of enterprises has become one of the focus of enterprise managers.Based on the theory of competitive strategy,this paper conducts internal and external environmental analysis for ZH Environmental Protection Consulting Company,and formulates corresponding competitive strategies according to the company’s resources.Firstly,the PEST tool and Porter’s five forces model were used to analyze the external macro environment and the industry environment of ZH Environmental Protection Consulting Company,analyze the opportunities and threats it faced,and evaluate ZH Environmental Protection Consulting Company by applying the external factor evaluation matrix(EFE matrix)and internal factor evaluation matrix(IFE matrix).Then,using SWOT tools for analysis,four types of strategic schemes are planned: SO strategy,ST strategy,WO strategy and WT strategy,and the alternative strategies are screened through the QSPM matrix,and the corresponding competitive strategy implementation plan is proposed and safeguard measures are proposed.The results show that:(1)ZH Environmental Protection Consulting Company can seize the opportunities and problems brought by the external macro environment,market environment and industry environment,and can avoid or solve the problems brought by them.(2)The internal resources and capabilities of ZH Environmental Protection Consulting Company are less disadvantageous than those of competitors,and can use their own resources and capabilities to compete with competitors in the industry.(3)The differentiated competitive strategy of ZH Environmental Protection Consulting Co.,Ltd.will be better than other competitive strategies and puts forward three ways to achieve product differentiation,service differentiation and brand differentiation.(4)Provide guarantee for the implementation of the strategy of ZH Environmental Protection Consulting Company by deepening technological innovation research and development,strengthening talent training,improving incentive mechanisms,establishing information management systems,and strengthening the construction of corporate culture.This study not only has important guiding significance for the sustainable development of ZH Environmental Protection Consulting Company,but also has reference value for the formulation of competitive strategies in the same industry. |
