The choice of development strategy is a key factor in determining the success or failure of a company’s operations.Scientific strategic planning is an important guarantee for the long-term and efficient development of a company.At the same time,companies with a more clear direction in their development strategy tend to achieve higher profits than companies of similar size.The ecological restoration industry is constantly growing and has become an important branch of China’s environmental protection industry.The government has introduced a series of regulatory policies to promote the development of this industry.In this context,ecological restoration companies can only provide long-term development planning and guidance for themselves by optimizing their own development strategies in conjunction with macro policies and market conditions.HZ Ecological Environment Restoration Co.,Ltd.is a company in Shandong Province engaged in ecological environment restoration in coal mining subsidence areas.In order to improve organizational efficiency,adapt to policy environment,and meet the requirements of new and old kinetic energy conversion,the company has carried out deep processing of coal mining subsidence areas.Through on-site investigations of HZ Company,it was found that the company has problems such as "development strategy not adapting to market trends and inadequate formulation of human resources strategy." Therefore,using strategic analysis tools such as PEST and Five Forces Competition Model,a comprehensive and in-depth analysis was conducted on the macro environment,industry competition pattern,and corporate capabilities of HZ Company.Based on this,the SWOT model was used to analyze the company’s own strengths,weaknesses,opportunities,and threats,and to determine the company’s alternative strategies.Then,using the hierarchical structure and weight calculation of the AHP model,the factors in the SWOT analysis were quantified and compared to determine that the company should adopt the ST strategy(diversification strategy).The core of this strategy is to implement comprehensive governance of coal mining subsidence areas in the market,and to diversify development using land in the later stage.The "top-level design" of the strategic overall plan is to "strengthen ecological restoration construction and expand new energy industries",and to take a diversified development path of "coal mining subsidence land governance +photovoltaic industry layout".Next,a thorough study was conducted on the company’s strategic positioning,overall strategy,competitive strategy,and functional strategy,and a series of scientifically reasonable strategic optimization plans were proposed.At the same time,the company should do a good job in implementing strategic guarantee work,including improving internal management mechanisms,strengthening external cooperation mechanisms,and improving risk management mechanisms. |
