| With the rapid growth of the liquor industry and the rising labor costs year by year,the manual assembly or semi-automatic assembly of bottle caps can no longer meet the production needs.This thesis designs a cap unscrambling machine system for comples bottle cap assembly,aiming to solve the problems of high labor costs and low production efficiency in the bottle cap assembly in liquor industry.The cap unscrambling machine system is composed of automatic feeding,automatic conveying and automatic assembly modules,which can realize fully automatic of bottle cap from supply to assembly and improve assembly efficiency and quality.This thesis mainly studies the prototype design of the cap unscrambling machine system,the analysis of key components and the prototype test,and checks and confirms its performance.The main research content of this thesis is as follows:(1)The method of bottle cap assembly is studied,and the design concept and overall structure of packaging machinery at home and abroad are integrated,so as to design and analyze key components such as the feeding mechanism,transmission mechanism,and clamping mechanism of the cap unscrambling machine.According to the shape and size of the bottle cap,the bottle cap is assembled by pressing down and up,the structure of the ejector rod and the corresponding cylindrical cam contour are designed,and the conveying device of the bottle cap is designed.(2)Design the export main shaft of the cap unscrambling machine,analyze the material and structure of the main shaft,and then design the overall assembly scheme of the main shaft.Through the theoretical calculation of the main shaft bending moment,it is obtained that the stress of the dangerous section is small and meets the strength condition;Using ANSYS to conduct static stress and modal analysis on the main shaft,and the maximum stress is much smaller than the yield strength;the first four natural frequencies are much larger than the excitation frequency,will not produce vibration;the designed main shaft is30% less mass than the original cap unscrambling machine main shaft.The finite element stress analysis of the bearing matched with the main shaft shows that the stress on the roller is small,which meets the requirements of use.(3)According to the size and shape of the main cap,design the feeding device of the cap unscrambling machine,use Adams software for dynamic simulation,obtain the acceleration of the center of mass of the bottle cap at different speeds,and determine the optimal speed.Compared with the original feeding device,the improved feeding device runs more stably and avoids the excitation frequency of the motor.Draw the circuit diagram of the automatic control of the feeding device,assign the I/O address and design the program.(4)Through the feasibility study on the three-dimensional model,the prototype equipment of the cap unscrambling machine system was successfully developed.The bottle cap assembly test was carried out on the cap unscrambling machine,and the average bottle cap assembly pass rate of the cap unscrambling machine equipment was 99.77%,which can complete the automatic assembly of bottle caps stably and efficiently,and reached the expected design requirements and technical indicators. |
