Research On Safety Risk Evaluation Of Medical Waste Logistics

With the development of China’s economy,the level of medical care,the per capita production of medical waste has increased,making the total medical waste increased year by year.As a kind of hazardous waste,medical waste is infectious,contagious,corrosive and other characteristics,its logistics process is different from general logistics,medical waste logistics has more dangerous and special characteristics.If contaminated medical waste leaks due to the negligence of the logistics link,it may lead to the secondary spread of the virus,endangering human health causing economic losses and pollution of the environment and other negative social impacts.Especially after the outbreak of the new crown epidemic,the safety of medical waste logistics has once again attracted great attention in China.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out the evaluation of the safety risk of medical waste logistics,put forward recommendations for the prevention of medical waste logistics safety risks,and prevent and reduce the occurrence of accidents in the process of medical waste logistics,in order to achieve the purpose of securing the safety of medical waste logistics.This paper takes the logistics process of medical waste as the object of study,starting from the five aspects of medical waste logistics: collection,packaging,storage,handling and transportation,using literature research method,questionnaire survey method and Delphi method to identify the risk factors in the process of medical waste logistics,and constructing a medical waste logistics safety risk evaluation index system,including five guideline level indicators and 19 evaluation indicators.Then the risk evaluation model of medical waste logistics safety was constructed by using hierarchical analysis method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method combined with the risk evaluation index system of medical waste logistics.Secondly,taking city F as a case study,the risk evaluation of its medical waste logistics safety was carried out,firstly,using hierarchical analysis method to calculate the weight of medical waste logistics safety risk evaluation index,and then combining with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to calculate the medical waste logistics safety risk evaluation results,and analyze the evaluation results of each aspect of medical waste logistics,as well as to make a general evaluation.Finally,according to the results of the risk evaluation,according to the various aspects of medical waste logistics,the medical waste logistics safety countermeasure suggestions are summarized to ensure the safety of medical waste logistics.The medical waste logistics safety risk evaluation index system,medical waste logistics safety risk evaluation model,and medical waste logistics safety countermeasure suggestions studied in this paper can provide reference for medical waste logistics safety management.
