Since the end of 2019,COVID-19 is rampant all over the world. For nearly three years,China’s COVID-19 vaccine has been successfully developed and launched, realizing the localization of COVID-19 vaccine and providing a safe and reliable barrier for people’s health. With the implementation of the "Healthy China" national strategy, the biomedical industry has entered a new stage of high-quality development, and safety management in this field, especially biosafety management, has gradually attracted social attention.Safety management is the fundamental work to ensure the safe and sustainable development of enterprises.Using scientific evaluation methods to conduct risk assessment on the current situation of enterprise safety management is an effective means to improve the level of enterprise safety management.Based on in-depth research on safety management theories at home and abroad and enterprise production safety risk assessment, combined with the actual production situation of a B-vaccine enterprise, this article uses the "4M" factor theory to deeply analyze the key factors that affect the safety management level of the enterprise, starting from four factors: personnel, equipment, environment, and management.Using the analytic hierarchy process to construct a safety risk factor evaluation index system, and then using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to construct a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model. The AHP judgment matrix and evaluation index membership are determined through expert judgment, brainstorming, and questionnaire methods, and clear and intuitive evaluation results are calculated.Deeply analyze the problems in production safety risk assessment based on results, and propose effective improvement measures from five aspects: basic safety management,on-site personnel management, materials and equipment facilities management, safety technical measures management, and occupational health management,to achieve the goal of improving the level of enterprise safety management. |
