Metabolites of electrolyte fluid and trace nutrients such as vitamin C,etc.,each of which can with a healthy diet,stress level and state of hydration and physiological metabolic state,in order to detect these indicators on the traditional liquid electrolyte analysis method mainly colorimetric method,this method not only big but also not quantitatively detect error.The chlorine sweat test is the worldwide neonatal screening(NBS)for the diagnosis of cystic fibrosis(CF)in infants.However,the existing methods for measuring chlorine ions in sweat have some limitations such as low selectivity or relatively large sample size.Based on these problems,we developed a flexible wearable test chloride ion and vitamin C(ascorbic acid)u-PADs(paper-based microfluidic device),the paper-based test device is not only preparation technology is simple,low cost,but also has the advantages of real-time detection,flexible wearable,through the distance method for determination of chloride ion concentration in liquid electrolyte,And vitamin C concentration in energy drinks.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)A CO2 laser cutting machine was used to cut out a strip paper-based channel.filter paper was soaked in silver nitrate solution and potassium chromate solution successively to prepare a stripμPAD.After dropping potassium chloride solution,it was found that there was a certain difference between chloride ion diffusion and front-end droplet diffusion,mainly because of the difference in diffusion.To verify this difference,filter paper soaked in cobalt chloride solution after drying was used,and gradually red areas were formed with diffusion.(2)The range of effective concentration measured by experimental titration is 20mm-150mm.It was found that the length of white precipitate was not uniform and the saturated concentration of white precipitate was found at the larger injection rate.Titration was performed onμPAD with 2mm,2.5mm and 3mm widths,and linear fitting was performed with the obtained experimental data.The fitting lines were respectively,.(3)filter paper was soaked with ferric chloride and potassium ferrocyanide solutions successively,and the excess ferric chloride liquid beads were removed by wall-hanging method.The effective concentration range of experimental titration is 1mm-10mm.The linear fitting line obtained is.(4)And a multi-channel concentric circle filter paper channel is designed,which can detect sweat volume,chloride ion concentration and vitamin C concentration at the same time,and has a variable scale,which has good stretching and is suitable for the field of human wearable.
