| Objectives Based on the unique physical and chemical properties of gold/silver nanomaterials and their extensive application in the field of analysis and detection,the specific gold/silver nanomaterials were prepared and a quantitative analysis method for B vitamins was preliminarily established by using the specific gold/silver nanomaterials.The methods were applied to the detection of corresponding B vitamins in actual samples to verify the detection effect of the method.Methods Gold nanoparticles(Au NPs),bovine serum albumin modified gold nanoparticles(BSA-Au NPs)and vitamin B122 modified gold and silver nanoclusters(VB12-AuAg NCS)were prepared in this study.The materials were characterized by transmission electron microscopy to verify the success of the preparation.Taking vitamin B2,vitamin B6,folic acid and vitamin B12 as target analytes,to investigate whether they respond to the above nanomaterials.On this basis,a new method for the detection of corresponding B vitamins was established,the sensitivity,specificity and precision of the method were verified,and the actual samples were detected.The feasibility of the method in actual sample detection was verified by recovery rate and relative standard deviation.Results1.The three nanomaterials of Au NPs,BSA-Au NPs and VB12-AuAgncs were successfully prepared.2.There was an specific respond between Au NPs and vitamin B6,which can realize the semi-quantitative visual detection of vitamin B6.3.There was an specific respond between the fluorescence probe of BSA-Au NPs and vitamin B2.A new method for detecting vitamin B2 based on the property was established.The linear detection range is 0.006 mg/mL-0.100 mg/mL.The detection limit of this method is 2.104μg/mL.The method has good selectivity for vitamin B2and the relative standard deviations of intra-day precision and inter-day precision are0.29%and 0.36%respectively,reflecting the reliability of the method.The recovery rate of actual samples is 98.9%-107.5%and the relative standard deviation is 4.1%-6.5%.4.There was an specific respond between the fluorescence probe of VB12-AuAgncs and vitamin B6.A new method for detecting vitamin B6 based on the property was established.The linear detection range is 0.005 mg/ml-0.100 mg/mL.The detection limit of this method is 2.104μg/mL.The detection limit of this method is1.703μg/mL.The method has good selectivity for vitamin B6 and the relative standard deviations of intra-day precision and inter-day precision are 0.33%and 0.45%respectively,reflecting the reliability of the method.The recovery rate of actual samples is 93.5%-100.1%and the relative standard deviation is 2.4%-5.3%.Conclusions Gold/silver nanomaterials with specific response to vitamin B2 and vitamin B6 were designed and prepared.The method based on BSA-Au NPs fluorescent probe for detecting vitamin B2 was established.The method based on VB12-AuAg NCs fluorescent probe for detecting vitamin B6 was established.The methods were applied to the detection of actual samples with good detection effect.The application prospect of gold/silver nanomaterials in the detection of corresponding group B vitamins in actual samples was initially explored. |
