In recent years, the state has introduced a number of policies to actively develop products related to the Internet of Things industry.Intelligent kitchen electricity with personalized and multi-functional features has also attracted wide attention from consumers and enterprises.Smart kitchen Appliances of different brands on the market have different Appearance and shapes, but the interactive interface is not designed to take user needs as the center, and there are problems such as complicated operation and difficult to be understood and used by users. From the perspective of user needs, this study combined Kano model and QFD theory to study the interface design method of intelligent kitchen electricity,so as to improve user experience. In this study, the intelligent steaming and baking oven was selected as the research object.First, the user requirements of the interactive interface of the intelligent steaming and baking oven were collected by literature review, product analysis, questionnaire survey,in-depth interview and other methods, and the user demand information was summarized and sorted by KJ method to build the initial user demand hierarchy model.Secondly,Kano model is Applied to classify user needs and determine the importance of requirements. The user requirements are mapped as design elements, and the interactive interface design element system of the intelligent steaming and baking oven is established.Thirdly, the QFD theory combined with the independent collocation method was used to determine the correlation matrix between user requirements and design elements of the interactive interface of the intelligent steaming and baking machine. In this way,the importance of each design element of the interactive interface is determined and the direction of design practice is clarified. Finally, based on the above analysis, the interactive interface of the intelligent steaming and baking oven and the mobile APP used together are designed, and the feasibility of this design scheme is evaluated through usability testing. This study puts forward a new design idea of intelligent kitchen electric interface, and uses the method of combining Kano model and QFD theory to analyze the user requirements and design elements of the interactive interface of intelligent steaming and baking oven.Based on this, the interactive interface information architecture of intelligent steaming and baking oven was built, the interactive process of the product was designed, and the low-fidelity interactive prototype diagram of the product was drawn,so as to realize the high-fidelity prototype design scheme of the interface of intelligent steaming and baking oven and mobile APP.The effectiveness of this research method was demonstrated through usability testing, providing a reference for the interactive interface design of similar products. |
