Research On Co-Working Furniture Design Based On A Systemic Design Perspective

In recent years,the number of global co-working spaces has been continuously increasing.Co-working spaces have a new operating model and spatial organization,and their open spaces and community-oriented features promote communication and collaboration among resident users.Office furniture and office forms are complementary and co-developing,and the shape and combination of office furniture directly impact the spatial form and functional development of co-working spaces.How office furniture coordinates with various external systems and meets the needs of people and spaces in an open and shared environment is a topic worth exploring.This article first summarizes and sorts out the relevant literature and design cases of systems design and co-working office furniture,deeply understanding the office mode,spatial characteristics,and current status of office furniture design in co-working spaces.It studies the evolution of office space forms and office furniture.Based on the research results,the compatibility between systems design and co-working office furniture design is analyzed,and its application advantages are elaborated.Secondly,the characteristics of the co-working group and the co-working market are studied,summarizing the needs of co-working users and service providers.Finally,the co-working office furniture is systematically analyzed using system science,constructing its system model,clarifying the relationship between the various subsets and elements within the system,and determining the core position of the office desk in the office furniture system.Based on the above research,this article selects the office desk as the design object,determines the basic framework of the office desk by analyzing the internal system,and uses this as the product structure foundation.Combining ergonomics,the design practice is carried out.In the design practice,the external system requirements are met by designing the internal system and elements.Under the premise of considering the overall integrity,the modular structure design enables the office desk to have flexible combination and installation of personalized components,achieving the coordination between the product and external systems such as people,objects,and space.
