In this paper, from the relationship between human andthe furniture, and between the space and furniture, we explore that whyoffice furniture should have a new development space in live condition ofoffice space, with the synchronous development of office space, optimizethe integration of the system design of office space, to provide users withmore high-quality lifestyle. First of all, interaction between the design of office furniture andfurniture to the person and the space and furniture are analyzed.It studied the interact from the aspects of the furniture and the use ofusers’ behavior and emotional factors, human decide the use of officefurniture, design is people-oriented, and is the precondition of designconditions. In addition, this paper analyzes the interact from the aspectsof space and furniture furniture, every stage of the development of officespace in changing will affect the design of office furniture, and officefurniture also applies to office space structure and function. When dealingwith furniture of office space design we should pay special attention tothe following three characteristics, the ecology,the flexibility andthe intelligent of the office furniture.Then, we analysis the ecology of the office furniture materials,technology, and design concept, research the following problem of officefurniture, Human’s ecological consciousness was upgradedconstantly with the ecological crisis. Caring for the environment, andprotect the earth’s resources has become the top priority. In furniture design, ecological design is not just means to protect the environment, itmeet emotional needs at the same time, then we should pay attention tothe furniture of emotional interaction with others. Analyses the officefurniture from furniture function and the structure of flexibility, toachieve the flexibility of office furniture, standardization, modularization,and disassembly design should be put upon. We know that the directionof science and technology should toward the intelligent, Combined withintelligent office environment, to form a complete intelligentspace. Intelligent furniture should be reality from such three aspects asthe application of science and technology, human science and technologyand security. We should pay attention to the elements such as the functionand technology，stress the lighting equipment in the intelligent furnituremodule, study on details from the implementation approach, the controlmethod, design requirements. In this article, combined with a largenumber of excellent design examples at home and abroad, it is showed inthe process of office furniture design in specific that how to realize theliving state of the3big features of furniture of office space. At last, I conclude the methods and steps of the production stage,and design stage of live condition of office furniture design, providing acertain theoretical basis for office furniture design and development ofnew products, enriching the office furniture system, thus complete theoffice space design of the whole system.
