| ECM because of its high processing efficiency,good surface quality,no loss of the cathode,the absence of residual stress,etc.,having a good prospect in the aerospace,automotive,mold manufacturing.Small gap machining is an effective method to improve the machining accuracy but it has not been widely applied because the machining products discharge and the electrolyte renew in the small gap are difficult.Vibration feeding,Pulse Electrochemical Machining through small gap machining,large gap erosion,to achieve a stable small gap machining.Therefore,the subject developed a set of vibration feed system designed to meet the needs of medium and small parts of precision electrolytic machining.The main research contents are as follows:(1)According to the analysis of the relevant mechanism and the law of forming for the vibration feeding electrochemical machining process,the formula of machining gap was deduced,and the mechanism of vibration feeding and Pulse Electrochemical Machining to improve the machining accuracy was theoretically demonstrated.(2)By comparing the method and driving mode of vibration feeding,the overall system layout and the design of the structure are completed.The main part of the system includes the motion system,the magnetic circuit system,the support guidance system,the position detection unit,the cooling unit,and so on.(3)Based on the finite element analysis of the motion system and magnetic circuit system by ANSYS Workbench and ANSYS EM,the steady state response of the system under sinusoidal load is determined by the dynamic characteristic analysis,and the reliability of the performance is verified,and according to the distribution of the magnetic flux density of the system,the influence of the structure size on the magnetic field is discussed.(4)Based on Matlab/Simulink,the amplitude control strategy of vibration feeding system is studied,and a closed-loop amplitude control strategy based on inverse model method is proposed.The hardware platform of digital vibration control system based on TMS320F2812 is established,the design of inverse model and development of embedded hardware are completed. |
