With the rapid development of computer technology and the continuous updating of human-computer interaction devices and Io T technology,the training for hazardous chemical safety production is gradually moving towards informationization and adopting various online and offline training methods.There are multiple training systems generating large amounts of training data,which makes it difficult for enterprise managers to find training patterns and conduct accurate training evaluation and management.With the rapid development of data visualization technology,it provides strong technical support and application direction for the comprehensive application of hazardous chemical safety training data.In the background of hazardous chemical safety training data visualization still has some problems,such as low data quality,lack of training data visualization methods and delay of data visualization.If these problems are not dealt with,the management and development of hazardous chemical safety training will be affected.Therefore,this thesis focuses on hazardous chemical safety training and studies data visualization technology.It applies this technology to develop a hazardous chemical safety training data management system.The specific research contents are as follows:(1)In response to the data quality problems caused by the multiple business lines in hazardous chemical safety training,this study focused on data cleaning methods.The study analyzed similar duplicate data and proposed a DB_SNM algorithm based on the traditional nearest neighbor sorting algorithm.This algorithm improves the deduplication probability by recording string word segmentation and then sorting.Through an adaptive sliding window,the efficiency of removing similar data was improved,providing high-quality data for subsequent data visualization and data management systems.(2)In response to the lack of data visualization methods for hazardous chemical safety training,this study analyzed hazardous chemical safety training data.By establishing a mathematical model for evaluating training effectiveness and determining weights,comprehensive training effectiveness evaluation was achieved.A visualization and interactive display method was proposed to support hazardous chemical safety training data,providing intuitive feedback for enterprise and hazardous chemical park managers.(3)This study addresses the issue of delay in data visualization due to the large realtime data volume and complex network in hazardous chemical safety training.A data visualization delay optimization method is proposed that reduces excessive server requests and speeds up webpage rendering through a data caching mechanism.The Web Socket protocol is optimized to ensure uninterrupted real-time network transmission.Combining virtual DOM with Web Worker mechanism frees up the browser main thread and improves rendering speed.Experimental results show that the optimized method significantly improves page rendering speed through comprehensive and deep optimization of rendering,achieving low-latency real-time data display.(4)In response to the lack of a data management system for hazardous chemical safety training,a hazardous chemical safety training data management system was designed and implemented.This system includes data statistics,data visualization and other functions,and can provide data visualization display for hazardous chemical safety training,effectively enhancing the intuitive feedback of management personnel and assisting their decision-making ability.
