| In recent years,along with the strictness of vocational skill standard and the perfection of laws and regulations of confined space operation safety,the technical requirement of confined space operation personnel is more strict.Most of the traditional confined space operation simulation training systems have problems on insufficient optimization of model space layout,poor comprehensive performance of rendering effect and rendering rate,and man-machine interaction methods can not match the confined space operation simulation training,which can not meet the needs of secondary colleges,junior colleges and related enterprises for confined space operation training.In view of the above problems,according to the characteristics of confined space operations,this thesis based on intelligent layout algorithm of model space,optimization method of complex scene rendering and human-computer interaction method,carried out research on key technologies in the simulation training system of confined space operations.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Aiming at the problems that the space volume of 3D simulation scenes in confined space is small,the layout of equipment or part models is difficult,and manual placement is prone to adverse results such as high placement error rate and long placement time,a model spatial layout algorithm based on improved Ant Colony Optimization was proposed to solve the intelligent layout problem of models in 3D simulation scenes in confined space.(2)In view of the large number of models and complex 3D simulation scenes in the confined space operation simulation training system,the existing model rendering technology is difficult to meet the requirements of 3D simulation scene rendering of the system,which leads to the poor reducibility of the system.The traditional View Frustrum Clipping technology is improved,and combined with octree LOD technology,a rendering optimization method for complex scenes is proposed.Improved comprehensive rendering performance.(3)By analyzing the training requirements of confined space operation simulation training,the model collision detection method,the model state consistency synchronization method and the network synchronization method of human-computer interaction information are studied,and a new human-computer interaction method is proposed.(4)A simulation training system for confined space operation is designed and implemented.Based on the analysis of the system requirements of the confined space operation simulation training system,each module in the trainee end and the management end of the system is designed and implemented.At the trainee end of the system,Maya software was used to complete model modeling,Unity3 D development platform was used to complete model space layout and simulation scene rendering,and Time Line tool was used in Unity3 D platform to complete production of roaming animation.Unity3 D platform and C# language in Visual Studio were used to complete the implementation of model collision detection,human-computer interaction and user login.Java language and Java Script language are used to complete the implementation of each module at the management end of the system.(5)Application of confined space operation simulation training system.The system is applied to the training of underground pipeline operation scenes in chemical plant.The preliminary application results show that the spatial layout of the model is reasonable,the comprehensive performance of rendering effect and rendering rate is good,the three-dimensional simulation scene in the system is realistic and immersive,and the human-computer interaction method can meet the training needs of confined space operations,with good simulation training effect. |
