Research On The Performance Of Private Enterprises’ Reverse Mixed Reform

The mixed ownership reform has always been hot in the economic field of China.There are two main ways for the mixed ownership reform in China: one is the“old way” that state-owned enterprises introduce private capital;the other is the“new way” that private enterprises introduce state-owned capital,often referred to as reverse mixed reform.No matter which way,there is a problem of “only mixing but not reforming”.With the deepening of mixed ownership reform in our country,the environmental protection industry sets off a tide of reverse mixed reform in 2020.Reverse mixed reform can promote state-owned capital and private capital to complement each other’ s advantages,mutual benefit and win-win situation.Reverse mixed reform has gradually attracted the attention of the society,and the performance of private enterprises’ reverse mixed reform has arouse discussion of academic.Centering on the research theme of “reverse mixed reform of private enterprises”,this thesis chooses Fuchun Environmental,a private environmental protection enterprise,as the object of case study.Firstly,relevant literature and theoretical basis of reverse mixed reform are introduced.Then,case analysis is adopted to analyze the causes of Fuchun environmental’ reverse mixed reform,review the process of Fuchun environmental’ reverse mixed reform,and research the performance of Fuchun environmental’ reverse mixed reform.In this thesis,the financial index analysis method and EVA model analysis method are used to analyze the reverse mixed reform performance of Fuchun environmental,and also analyze the impact of reverse mixed reform on Fuchun environmental’ governance performance,market development ability,technology research and development innovation ability and stock price.Finally,this thesis summarizes problems affecting enterprise performance in the reverse mixed reform of Fuchun environmental and puts forward suggestions.This thesis finds that the reverse mixed reform can achieve a win-win situation for both private enterprises and state-owned enterprises,the performance of private enterprises is improved after the reverse mixed reform,and private enterprises’ reverse mixed reform must solve the problem of “only mixing but not reforming”.The research significance of this thesis lies in providing reference for private enterprises’ reverse mixed reform,and enriching the research on the performance of private enterprises’ reverse mixed reform.
