| This article analyzes the current situation of centrifugal pump assembly workshops in enterprises and designs a set of digital solutions suitable for enterprise production by studying the existing problems in the assembly workshops.Firstly,through on-site investigation of the assembly workshop,we found the problems in the assembly workshop,analyzed the modules that can be digitally controlled during the enterprise assembly process,analyzed the digital requirements during the centrifugal pump assembly process,and finally obtained corresponding digital solutions.The data collection method based on OPC UA protocol is used to achieve data collection during the assembly process,avoiding the problems caused by manual collection methods.After that,a multi-source heterogeneous data information platform is established based on the characteristics of scattered distribution of enterprise multi-source data,and the existing production resource data of the enterprise is organically integrated.After the integration of production resources,because the text information in the file is unstructured information,a rule based text extraction method is designed to extract the unstructured text in the file,and finally convert it into structured text for subsequent use.Secondly,in order to solve the problems of incomplete manual consideration,limited computing power,and difficulty in obtaining a better production scheduling plan in the current manual assembly scheduling of enterprises,a mathematical model suitable for the current situation of the enterprise’s assembly workshop is established.The objective function is to minimize the maximum completion time and the maximum load of the assembly team,and an improved genetic simulated annealing algorithm is used to solve the model,And through experimental simulation to verify the effectiveness of the algorithm in this topic.Finally,develop a set of MES systems suitable for enterprises,including basic data modules,production preparation modules,production process modules,inventory management modules,production data analysis modules,etc.,to achieve refined management of the production process and visual management of production process data.Through a simple and clear human-computer interaction interface,data collection,production information recording,etc.,to achieve orderly management of the workshop site,improve the management ability of the assembly workshop,and ultimately achieve the goal of improving assembly efficiency and assembly quality,thereby improving the production efficiency of the enterprise. |
