With the rapid development of new power system with new energy as the main body,the safe and stable operation of various power equipment supports the operation of the entire system.In recent years,high-voltage switchgear fires,which are key equipment in the power system,have occurred frequently,seriously endangering the life safety of power personnel.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to monitor and warn the fire of the high-voltage switchgear and actively and efficiently extinguish the fire when it occurs.Traditional fire monitoring and early warning technology is mainly for the monitoring of the products after the occurrence of fire,there are certain limitations,the traditional manual fire extinguishing efficiency is slow,in view of this phenomenon,this paper studies a set of online monitoring system that can detect and warn the early fire in the high-voltage switchgear,at the same time,a block-type active fire extinguishing device that can be actively extinguished after the fire of the switchgear is also designed.The main work of this article is as follows:(1)Through the analysis of the hierarchical independent compartment structure and the material that constitutes the switchgear,it is found that the primary equipment in the cabinet is prone to overcurrent or overvoltage phenomenon,and the epoxy resin ignition point in the insulation material is only about 530℃,and a large number of fire cases are analyzed at the same time,and the development mechanism of switchgear fire and the main reasons for switchgear fire are introduced.(2)The pyrolysis carbonization experiment of epoxy resin materials was carried out,and according to the gas generated in the pyrolysis stage,four characteristic gases,namely HCL,CO,NH3 and O3,were selected.A fire early warning system with wireless temperature sensor and infinite gas collector was developed,and the alarm threshold was obtained by monitoring the temperature and the concentration of four gases,using a fire risk assessment algorithm based on multi-source heterogeneous information,and displaying it in real time on the host of the early warning system.(3)The basic properties and fire extinguishing mechanism of new fire extinguishing materials are comprehensively analyzed,and the advantages of new fire extinguishing materials in fire extinguishing efficiency,cleanliness,misoperation and rejection are summarized by comparing with traditional fire extinguishing technologies.Finally,the on-site fire extinguishing experiment was carried out in the KYN28A-12 high-voltage switchgear,and the good fire extinguishing performance of the block active fire extinguishing device was verified.This paper carries out detailed research on high-voltage switchgear fire warning technology and block-type active fire extinguishing technology,develops a high-voltage switchgear fire monitoring and early warning system,and designs a block-type active fire extinguishing device composed of new fire extinguishing materials,which has high value for practical engineering applications.
