In order to solve the problem of the rapid fire extinguishing technology of chemical pulp’s spontaneous combustion fire of coal mine which the concentration of gas is high, this paper researches the rapid fire extinguishing technology adopting the method of combining the theoretical analysis and practice which combining with engineering example called "the fire extinguishing of reture air roadway called ‘Qicai’ which from the coal mine called ‘Taoyi’ of Coal Mine in Handan Mining Group".First of all, this paper studies and analyzes the properties of grouting material. The chemical pulp has flammability and its formation reaction release heat. Secondly, this paper analyses the causes of fire, the mining fire happened finally caused by chemical pulp’ spontaneous combustion fire. This paper analyses the risks of fire. This coal mine is high gas mine and gas’ s accumulation happens easily. This mine has the possibility of gas explosion. From that, to put out the fire quickly and immediately is important and necessary. Finally, the fire extinguishing method which using the injection of fuel inert gas is best of all combining the actual situation of the scene after the analysis of advantages, disadvantages and applicability of al kinds of fire-fighting. The direct water injection fire extinguishing method and isolation from the oxygen fire extinguishing method are not feasible. This method puts out the fire quickly and reduces the risks of fire to avoid that disaster happens in this coal mine, especially it inhibits the gas explosion. A large of poisonous and harmful gases called CO was produced during the process of fire and fire extinguishing. This method uses the Nitrogen injection to replace the poisonous and harmful gases of mined-out area, it inerts the fire further and eliminates the various security hidden dangers of fire.Finally, this paper gives the conclusion that the rapid and comprehensive fire extinguishing technology of the fuel inert gas injection and the Nitrogen injection is feasible and effective.
