| Medical goggles are one of the common supplies for people to travel and medical staff,due to the outbreak of the COVID-19 at the end of 2019,the demand for medical goggles has increased significantly,and it has also put forward new requirements for production technology.Goggle lenses are the key components in the goggles that are difficult to design and produce,and their materials are generally plastic,and product defects that impair vision are not allowed,such as air pockets,weld marks,surface scratches,etc.This project takes the goggle lenses as the research object,designs a new type of goggles according to the problem of ventilation on the side of the existing goggles and the lightweight design requirements of the goggles.on the basis of which the injection molding process and injection mold design structure of the goggle lenses are studied and determined,and the rationality of the injection molding process parameters and mold structure of the determined medical goggle lenses is verified through injection mold flow simulation(based on Moldflow 2019)and orthogonal tests.The design of this article is a new type of medical goggles,the overall modular design,each part can be disassembled and recycled,in line with the concept of green environmental protection,while the goggles have adjustable and anti-shedding functions.A chute feature is designed on the side of the goggle lenses to vent and prevent contaminants from entering.In the mold design,in order to ensure the smooth completion of lateral molding,the oblique core extraction mechanism with the same angle of the chute is adopted to solve the problem of difficulty in forming the chute.Taking the goggle lens as the research object,on the basis of clarifying the use status and process requirements of the lens,the main injection molding process parameters of the lens were determined,and the overall design of the injection mold was completed,including the process analysis of the goggle lens,the parting design of the goggle lens,the design of the lateral bevel hole core extraction mechanism of the product,the design of the pouring system,the selection of the standard mold frame,the design of the ejection system,the design of the cooling system and the selection of the standard parts of the injection mold.Based on Moldflow 2019,the mold flow analysis of the designed goggle lens injection mold simulated and simulated the injection molding process of the goggle lens injection mold,including product optimization,meshing,injection molding product material selection,injection mold pouring and cooling system establishment.The problems caused by the injection molding process of the parts are analyzed,and the filling process,cooling process and warpage deformation of the plastic parts are verified.In view of the mold design defects and unreasonable injection molding process parameters shown by the simulation results,the injection molding process parameters,injection molding molding pouring and cooling system improvements were carried out,so that the mold structure reached the design goal.Through the design orthogonal test,the injection molding process parameters that cause the warpage deformation of the lens in the mold production process are further analyzed and studied,and the relatively optimal injection molding parameters are finally obtained through further improvement and simulation verification of the initial injection molding process parameters. |
