Injection mold is an important device. The traditional injection mold design mainly rely on the experience of designers, So mold often after repeated tryout and revision before can be put into production mode. The key to solve this problem injection mold design and molding process parameters is determined on the basis of scientific analysis.In this paper, the three-dimensional model of snow shovel handle workpieces was establisment mainly using Pro / e.Then the snow shovel handle workpieces runner systems were evaluated on the base of Moldflow analysis software and the best snow shovel handle workpieces runner system was seleced. Then the mold of snow shovel handle was designed by the three-dimensional design software Pro / e.Then, the key mold parts be switched in to 3D design software UG6.0. With ISW(Integerated Simulation & Verification) in UG6.0 it simulate the cutting path of cavity surface and the process of machining process.Based on orthogonal test Visual analysis and variance analysis of simulation results data affecting the quality of injection products were carried on. Based on the level of access to test the optimal combination of injection molding process parameters and the optimal parameter combinations of injection performance.In order to provide craft parameters for injection molding machine, this paper researched warping deformation of snow shovel handle workpieces and optimizated the craft parameters.This paper also digitally simulate the cutting process mold cavity from Workpiece blank to product, the NC Cutter path and the accuracy was tested and the Cutter paths were evaluated. The reaserch results showed a reasonable choice for the actual processing CNC machine tools, fixtures and control precision .
