With the continuous development of modern infrastructure and complex social processes,China’s urbanization is further accelerating and the demand for corresponding infrastructure projects,including housing,office,industrial and public facilities,is increasing.Scaffolding plays a crucial role in building construction and its use is very common.Especially in high-rise buildings,overhanging scaffolding has become an integral part of engineering construction.In the process of construction accidents,the use of overhanging scaffolding,which plays the role of support and safety protection,will effectively reduce the safety risks of construction personnel and is very important for safety management in construction.Jiangxi Province in order to effectively prevent production safety accidents,the introduction of a number of documents and regulations.At the same time,combined with the actual situation of the province’ s construction projects,the development of safety management implementation rules for dangerous large projects.The fourth item of the scope of dangerous projects includes overhanging scaffolding project.Therefore,the study of safety risk evaluation of overhanging scaffolding project is an extremely important part of the whole construction project.Discovering effective control methods as well as reducing safety risks and accident rates in the construction phase of overhanging scaffolding projects is one of the most urgent issues to be solved in modern infrastructure projects.This thesis firstly compares the history and current situation of the development of overhanging scaffolding engineering at home and abroad,and introduces its main structural forms,characteristics and its scope of application.Then the root causes of construction safety risk management problems are collected by using the expert survey method combined with 21 actual engineering cases from 2018-2022.Then the FMEA-based safety management model of overhanging scaffolding project is established through the safety risk management theory,and finally the FMEA-based safety management model of overhanging scaffolding project is applied to the HN project in Xinyu City,and the corresponding safety risk management strategy is proposed to improve the management level of the supervisory enterprise for project safety and ensure the safety and reliability of overhanging scaffolding construction in high-rise buildings.This paper analyzes the overhanging scaffolding project of HN project in Xinyu city,identifies the risk factors in four stages of overhanging scaffolding material preparation stage,design stage,construction stage and maintenance stage,and then proposes risk control measures from safety system,application performance,raw material quality,construction management and other aspects to improve the risk management system of overhanging scaffolding construction safety,and also provides the follow-up supervision enterprises to solve the safety risk problem of overhanging scaffolding project to provide strategy reference.
