Recently,under the effect of urban sustainable development and gradual deepening of old city reconstruction in recent years,modern industry cities are undergoing industrial structure transition and re-planning industrial layout in the process of integration and use of land resources to accelerate the building process of modern industrial city.As the change of urban space layout and the need of regional economy,those industrial contaminated sites in the process of urban development will be integrated into the development of urban modernization.However,due to the complicated and dynamic characters,industrial contaminated sites which are formed because of industrial structure adjustment or deepening of development and which are influenced by urban economy,cannot actually integrate into the modern city space although they may have been included by cities.This paper took Failure Mode and Effects Analysis method and project life-cycle theory to build evaluation model of risks in the redevelopment of industrial contaminated sites and to put forward management strategies of environment risks with the purpose of realizing the smooth transition of industrial contaminated sites in the process of old cities' reconstruction,improving the management integration of redevelopment of industrial contaminated sites,and providing theory and reference for similar industrial contaminated sites' redevelopment.In this thesis,urban industrial contaminated sites are regarded as the research object to comb its present and dynamic situations,to systematically define the concept and scape of industrial contaminated sites,and to present that the industrial contaminated sites have basic characters,such as commodity,unique,dynamic,uncertain and complex characters.Based on these achievements,this thesis introduces FMEA method and combines project life-cycle theory to systematically identify the influence factors of industrial contaminated sites in different periods,to analyze the failure point of reusing the industrial contaminated sites in old cities reconstruction progress.After that,this thesis would construct risk evaluation model on the risk evaluation indicators system which has been built on the classified influence factors.To avoid the influence of subjective factors,the thesis took analytical hierarchy processing(AHP)to weight the indicators in the evaluation model,and combined fuzzycomprehension risk method to evaluate the effect of evaluation model.At last,certain industrial contaminated site in Chongqing would be chosen as the empirical analysis object to analyze and evaluate the application effect of FMEA risk evaluation model,and to put forward contaminated sites' risk management strategies to guide the contaminated sites develop in an orderly manner and to promote the urban sustainable development and the coordinated development between contaminated sites risk management and old cities' reconstruction in Chongqing.
