| The safety of power operation aims to ensure the life safety of power workers,and it is also an important basis for the safe and stable operation of the power grid.Accurate and scientific risk assessment and reasonable risk control of power operation can greatly reduce the accident rate of power operation.At present,most of the power supply enterprises adopt manual scoring method to realize the risk assessment of power operation.This method relies on the professional experience of power safety supervisors to obtain the risk level of power operation simply and quickly.However,due to the subjectivity of the personnel scoring process,the accuracy of the evaluation results is low,and the corresponding risk control measures are narrow,and the practical application effect is not good,which cannot effectively guarantee the safe development of field power operation.This paper analyzes the historical data of power operation from multiple dimensions from the perspective of power operation risk itself,and proposes a risk assessment method of power operation based on fuzzy output neural network to achieve accurate and objective evaluation of power operation risk.At the same time,in order to meet the needs of practical engineering applications,the power operation risk assessment system software is developed.Thus,the whole process,all-round and real-time guarantee of the safe development of on-site power operation.The main research work of this paper is as follows:Firstly,the risk assessment indicators related to power operation safety are analyzed in detail,and the risk assessment index system of power operation is preliminarily established from four aspects:personnel investigation,mechanical equipment and equipment,operation environment and time,and operation nature.Combined with the description of power operation risk index in safety regulations and operation instructions and the historical information of the actual power operation risk assessment index,the data collection and dimensionless processing of power operation risk index are completed.At the same time,the grey correlation analysis method is used to select the risk assessment index within the effective correlation degree.Secondly,for the risk assessment of power operation,a risk assessment method of power operation based on fuzzy output neural network is proposed.Based on the above collected power operation risk assessment index data,the data interpolation method is used to complete the construction of training samples of the evaluation model,and the evaluation model is trained by network until the training accuracy is reached.The fuzzy output neural network assessment method and the other two traditional power operation risk assessment methods are used to complete the risk assessment of the next 10 groups of power operations in a power supply enterprise,and the results are compared to verify that the assessment results based on the fuzzy output neural network assessment model are more scientific,accurate and potential advantages.Finally,according to the above research on the theory and method of power operation risk assessment,the power operation risk assessment system software is developed from the three dimensions of risk assessment and control before power operation,violation monitoring and warning in operation,and fine analysis after operation.The software is applied to the risk assessment of power operation in a power supply enterprise,which realizes the accurate identification of risk before power operation,the accurate assessment of risk level and the scientific preparation of control measures.The results of risk assessment and control are in line with the actual engineering situation of power operation,which verifies the science of the research on the theory and method of power operation risk assessment proposed in this paper,and the engineering practicability of the power operation risk assessment system software. |
