| With the change of economy and market demand,beer production enterprises need to continuously improve production efficiency and products to adapt to market competition Because of the particularity of beer production,it is the packaging in the packaging workshop that has the greatest impact on its production efficiency As a flow shop,the scheduling optimization of beer packaging workshop is one of the important problems in production management.Under the new market demand,the scheduling pair is lacking,so it is necessary to optimize the scheduling of beer packaging.In this paper,firstly,the parts related to shop scheduling and the theories of swarm intelligence algorithm are sorted out to lay the foundation for the research.Then,taking Q Company,a beer production enterprise,as the research subject,combining the technological process and scheduling characteristics of the beer packaging process,we make an analysis of the current situation of the packaging workshop of this company,including the equipment switching process in the beer packaging process,the waste caused by the incomplete utilization of resources and the delivery capacity of orders.Then,the conversion costs should be made by designing a basic program aimed at the corresponding relationship between the product and the packaging line,proposing the assumptions and constraints of the model construction,and establishing the mathematical model of packaging workshop scheduling with the minimum cost as the goal.Next,according to the characteristics of this model,the mathematical model is combined with the whale algorithm to improve the process of the latter.Add mapping in the initxal phase,and then introduce Levy Brown escape operator to improve the whale algorithm optimization process.The next step is to combine the improved whale algorithm with the gray wolf algorithm through cross strategy to form a hybrid whale algorithm,and then to design its process.23 basic test functions are used to compare the results of the hybrid algorithm with other algorithms,and the performance of the hybrid algorithm is tested.Finally,combining with the production data of Q company,the simulation studies can be made.Besides,the cost compare should be made in three factors,namely the current program,the scheduling program run by the whale algorithm and the one by the hybrid algorithm.The model proposed in this paper is effective in solving the scheduling problem of Q company’s beer packaging workshop.Compared with other algorithms in the current program,the scheduling program obtained by the hybrid whale algorithm can effectively reduce production costs,improve productive efficiency,and make the workshop scheduling of beer packaging more scientific and reasonable.The research results of this paper provide a feasible method to improve the flow shop scheduling such as beer packaging workshop.Besides,it also provides some reference and enlightenment to optimize the scheduling process of food industries,beverage processing enterprises and other related sectors. |
