The guide roller is the core component with the largest variety and maximum demand in packaging and printing equipment.However,the traditional processing method of guide roller has problems such as scattered manufacturing resources and insufficient industrial coordination.It is an inevitable trend to transform and upgrade guide roller production to network collaborative manufacturing and intelligentization by using advanced enabling technology such as cloud manufacturing in the field of packaging and printing equipment manufacturing.Accurate and flexible optimization allocation technology of manufacturing resources is the core of cloud manufacturing,and also the key to achieving network collaborative manufacturing of guide roller.Therefore,supported by the national key research and development plan and other projects,and guided by the collaborative manufacturing demands of enterprises in the packaging and printing machinery industry gathering area,this paper carried out an in-depth study on the optimization allocation technology of cloud manufacturing resources of printing press guide roller.The main research content of this paper is as follows:Based on the production process and cloud manufacturing characteristics of the guide roller,we proposed a method based on ontology to construct a cloud manufacturing information model of the guide roller.We analyzed the structural composition,processing technology,and manufacturing resource allocation of the guide roller,sorted out the service logic relationship between the cloud manufacturing requirements of the guide roller and manufacturing resource,explored the ontology modeling method for cloud manufacturing information of guide roller,and then established three types of information model.To address the difficulty in searching for optimal manufacturing resources during outsourcing processing in the production process of guide roller,we proposed an intelligent matching method of guide roller cloud manufacturing resources,which was based on extension clustering and fuzzy analytic hierarchy process.Based on the characteristics of guide roller cloud manufacturing,we proposed a matching method between the requirements for guide roller cloud manufacturing and the set of cloud manufacturing resources.We conducted a rough screening on the set of cloud manufacturing resources,combing with the actual use of equipment status and other information.We established an evaluation index system for cloud manufacturing resources of guide roller production equipment and proposed an optimal matching method based on fuzzy analytic hierarchy process for cloud manufacturing resources of guide roller production equipment.Experimental verification was conducted through a numerical example,which proved that this method can solve the intelligent matching problem of guide roller manufacturing resources.To solve the problem of whether users have a demand preference for a certain evaluation index of guide roller cloud manufacturing resources,we proposed a combinatorial optimization method of manufacturing resources with demand preference based on bi-level programming,and a combinatorial optimization method of manufacturing resources without demand preference based on non-cooperative game mathematical model.An evaluation index system for the combination of guide roller manufacturing resources was established.Aiming at the situation that users have demand preference for a certain index,we proposed a combinatorial optimization method of manufacturing resources with demand preference based on bilevel programming,and we solved the model using the NSGA-II algorithm.Aiming at the non-demand preference situation that users want the optimal overall quality,we proposed a combinatorial optimization method of manufacturing resources without demand preference based on non-cooperative game mathematical model,and we used the improved NSGA-Ⅱ algorithm to solve the model.The results demonstrated the feasibility and effectiveness of the model-solving methods.Based on the above research,we developed a prototype system for a guide roller cloud manufacturing service of printing machines using JAVA,HTML language,and My SQL database.This system achieved core functions such as publishing,uploading,and service matching of guide roller manufacturing requirements and resources.Our study will lay the foundation for the transformation and upgrading of guide roller manufacturing to network collaborative manufacturing.
