The substrate of gravure printing press is mainly paper,film and other flexible materials.In the process of gravure printing,the stability of tape transmission,the precision of film envelope and the quality of winding are directly related to the tension of the film.Therefore,the tension of the film is an important parameter of high precision gravure printing press.If the winding tension is too large,it will lead to the stretching deformation of the material belt,and the material belt of the winding roll will shrink;If the tension is too small,the material belt can not be tightly wound on the winding roll.In the winding process,if the traditional constant tension winding method is used,there will be fold of material belt and "cabbage heart" fault.In this project,the mechanical properties and applications of taper tension method in intaglio printing machine winding are studied.The taper tension model is established to control the tension in the winding process,so as to weaken or avoid the faults such as uneven winding,folds and "cabbage heart".Therefore,this paper analyzes the mechanical properties of the material strip tension in the winding process of gravure press,studies the winding tension control algorithm,designs and builds a tension control system,and realizes accurate and effective control of winding tension.Specific research contents are as follows:(1)Based on the process flow of intaglio printing press,the winding tension mechanical model of intaglio printing machine is established.Combined with the theory knowledge of elastic mechanics stress-strain,the mechanical analysis of winding material belt was carried out,and the tension model of winding material belt was established.The dynamic model of the winding mechanism of gravure press is established by mechanical analysis.The taper tension model is applied to gravure machine winding.(2)Study the RBF network PID algorithm and apply it to the winding tension control of gravure printing machine.Considering that winding tension is a nonlinear and complex variable,the RBF network is combined with PID algorithm,and the parameter setting ability of RBF network is used to set the parameters of PID algorithm.The PID control algorithm of RBF network is designed as the control mode of the winding tension control.(3)The simulation function of MATLAB/Simulink was used to simulate the winding tension control system.In MATLAB/Simulink,the simulation model of winding tension control system under PID control algorithm and RBF network PID control algorithm is established respectively.The simulation results show that the RBF network PID control algorithm can achieve better tension control performance with less overshoot and steady-state error.(4)Set up the winding tension control system of gravure press based on Huichuan controller.With Huichuan controller as the core,frequency conversion motor as the tension actuator,signal acquisition through the sensor,combined with the controller to write the environment,the development of gravure press winding tension control system.At the same time,based on the control system,the winding tension control experiment is carried out,and the results show that the designed tension control scheme has good control effect.By analyzing the winding process of intaglio printer,the winding tension model is established.A more reasonable winding tension control algorithm is designed by combining RBF network with PID algorithm.With Huichuan controller as the core,the winding tension control experiment was carried out.Through the debugging and experiment of gravure printing machine,the effectiveness of the winding tension control scheme was verified,and the winding quality of material tape was improved.
