BOPP films have been widely used in daily life because of their unique properties,and with the change of demand,the ordinary films have changed to functional type.At the same time,it also puts forward new requirements for the manufacturing process.One of the key technologies in the manufacturing process is to maintain the stability of the tension,the tension will affect the quality of the film,the performance of the tension control system determines the quality of the product to a large extent.As an important part of the film manufacturing system,the precision and stability of the control system have a direct impact on the quality of the film coiling.In the winding process,the tension is too large,it will lead to some undesirable phenomena,such as membrane surface folds and even broken membrane.If the tension is too small,it will lead to interlayer sliding,which is not conducive to the coiling of the film.At the same time,the double station coiling process is the result of the joint action of a plurality of devices.The purpose of this paper is to establish the tension control model based on the analysis of the tension control system.On this basis,the effective control strategy is adopted to improve the stability of the system.In this paper,the basic principle and application background of the tension control system are analyzed.The production process of BOPP film and the double station coiling system are introduced.Based on the analysis of different sensors,controllers,actuators and control strategies,the appropriate control methods are selected according to the actual environment of the system.Tension control is a multivariable,strongly coupled nonlinear system.In order to accurately analyze the influence of winding speed and volume diameter on the winding tension,a mathematical model is established.Because the conventional PID controller is difficult to meet the requirements of the system and in order to improve the current situation that the control strategy is difficult to eliminate the influence between the tension and the pressure,a control strategy based on neural network is proposed.The simulation model of winding tension control is established in the MATLAB environment.The simulation results show that the control strategy can effectively improve the stability of the system,which is of great significance to improve the quality of the product.
