| Soft-switching inverter arc welding power supply is the development trend of arc welding power supply,and its control system is an important part of arc welding power supply.Therefore,the research on the intelligent control system of soft-switching inverter arc welding power supply has practical significance for improving the performance of soft-switching inverter arc welding power supply and developing new soft switching inverter arc welding power supply.This paper designs the main circuit of ZVZCS phase-shifting full-bridge IGBT inverter,uses MATLAB software to simulate the working process of the main circuit,and compares it with the theoretical calculation;designs and makes the intelligent control system of the softswitching inverter arc welding power source based on STM32 processor,which includes voltage and current sampling circuit,IGBT driving circuit,wireless communication circuit,protection circuit and storage circuit;optimizes the PI controller by genetic algorithm to calculate and control the output of the deviation;develops the constant voltage and constant current control program,sampling program,touch screen program,temperature protection program and storage program of the control system;designs the human-machine interaction interface suitable for the system;simulates the intelligent control system of arc welding power source based on MATLAB software;and tests and analyzes the intelligent control system of the soft-switching inverter arc welding power source by using digital oscilloscope.The simulation and test results show that the designed soft-switching inverter arc welding power supply achieves the output characteristics of constant current and constant voltage,the dynamic response speed of PI control system based on genetic algorithm is better than that of PI controller,and the control parameters of soft-switching inverter arc welding power supply can be adjusted by itself.The software and hardware design of the control system is reasonable,and the predetermined goal of the intelligent control system can be achieved,and the tasks such as man-machine interaction and control signal output can be accomplished. |
