Inverter arc welding power source in industrial production in the image is compared to the industrial sewing machineand is widely used.But the traditional welding power source with direct start and direct switch and open loop control and other reasons, is not efficient,and not stable.In order to solve the above problems, this thesis has carried on the exploration to the main circuit topology of arc welding power source,drive circuit topology,soft switching technology and the digital control and so on.The study on the response of the concept of low carbon, has important practical significance to enhance the level of welding development.The current mainstream for inverter soft switching technology is still in the full bridge circuit by using phase shifting technique which have several demerits such as difficult to achieve soft switching, duty cycle loss.But for the half bridge circuit, the tube parallels absorption circuit to achieve the soft switch technology in the two sides of switch, but there is a part of the energy consumption.This paper designs a kind of half bridge soft switching circuit model, which mainly is carries on the creative improvement of the half bridge topology, such as adding auxiliary switch in the DC side, at the same time, the main circuit topology are supplied by the double power.It usesd the multi mesh loop flow technology, soft switching technology to improve efficiency ofthe arc welding inverter power source.Through the research and analysis of a novel topology structure, describes itsworking process, summarizes its basic characteristics. At the same time, through the theoretical calculation of the topological theory, and we establish a small signal model. Advantages of this topology are: high efficiency, flexible control etc..According to the research on topological structure, the equivalent parameters of the. Then the simulation experiment on the parameters obtained by the saber,the data close to the expected value.This study used in digital processing system of TM320LF2407 A as the core which supply is widely used in welding power,through the study of software and hardware, we designed the corresponding control program and made the corresponding peripheral circuits, digital processing requirements.Finally, we build the equivalent circuit is obtained through theoretical analysis, and carring on the experiment, the experimental results validate the correctness of theory analysis.
