Aluminum alloy plate has the advantages of corrosion resistance,easy processing,high strength,low density and so on.It is widely used in aerospace,shipbuilding,transportation and other industries.With the increasing demand of aluminum alloy sheet,the conventional rolling method can not meet the demand of users for non-standard sheet,while the Angle rolling process can realize the production of non-standard sheet by controlling the width of rolling parts during the opening,but its process data is less.In this paper,through numerical simulation and experimental study,the influence of Angle rolling Angle and pressure reduction on the plane shape,thickness distribution and elastic deformation of roll system in the process of corner rolling is analyzed,and the control strategy of the plane shape of sheet metal in the process of corner rolling is determined.The main research contents and results are as follows:(1)In view of the asymmetry of the width distribution along the rolling center line in the process of corner rolling,a method based on coordinate equation is proposed to locate the position of the rolled piece at different corner rolling moments.In the calculation process,firstly,the rolled piece is divided into several sections along the rolling direction,and discretized along the width direction.After calculating the width of each discrete element,it is superimposed,and then the coordinates of the left and right ends of each section are determined.Finally,the plane shape after Angle rolling is obtained.(2)A mathematical simulation model of Angle rolling process of two-h rolling mill was established based on the influence function method,and the influence law of process parameters on the elastic deflection and flattening deformation of work roll,as well as the width,plane shape and thickness distribution of rolled parts was analyzed.The accuracy of the simulation model and the reliability of the prediction method are verified by rolling experiments on a two-high mill in the laboratory.(3)Taking a 3300 mm four-high rolling mill of a factory as the object,the mathematical simulation model of aluminum alloy plate Angle rolling process is established.Different rotation Angle is analyzed and reduction process parameters on the distribution of the thickness of the rolled piece,plane shape and work roll deflection,support roll deflection,rolled piece and work roll flattening between quantity,working roll and supporting roll flattening between quantity and the contact stress between work roller and back-up roller,based on this,advances the plane shape of the board of Angle rolling process control strategy.
