Electrolytic mechanical composite polishing technology is a polishing method that combines mechanical grinding and electrolytic polishing.After the workpiece is machined,such as rolling,forging,heat treatment and other processes,many tiny burrs and dark hardening layers will be formed on the processing surface,especially for small-caliber seamless pipes,limited by the caliber of the pipe,the general mechanical polishing is difficult to remove,in order to solve this problem,electrolytic polishing is added to the mechanical polishing process,giving full play to the advantages of electrolytic polishing and mechanical polishing,electrolytic polishing is not affected by the hardness of the material,and will treat the surface of the material at a deeper level.Combined with mechanical polishing,the electropolished corroded anode surface is mechanically ground to achieve a more glossy surface.In this project,AISI 304 stainless steel pipe is used as the experimental material,and a series of studies are carried out on the polishing of the inner surface of stainless steel pipe,and the main research contents are as follows:The principle of electrolytic mechanical composite processing is introduced,the material removal phenomenon during polishing and the grinding force composition generated by abrasive particles in polishing are introduced,the principle of electrochemical reaction and the passivation and polarization phenomena generated in the process of electrochemical reaction are analyzed,and finally various factors affecting the quality of polished surface are analyzed,which makes theoretical support for subsequent polishing simulation and experiment.The modeling and simulation of the single-particle polishing and grinding process,the comparison and simulation analysis of the workpiece speed and the tool cathode feed speed affecting the polishing quality,the modeling process is introduced,and the simulation analysis results are obtained,the grinding force curve is drawn,and the influence of the workpiece speed and the tool cathode feed speed on the grinding force is obtained.The composite processing equipment is established through the principle of mechanical electrolytic polishing,and the control system,electrolyte system,electrolysis system and other parts of the processing equipment are systematically elaborated,which provides a physical basis for the feasibility of the electrolytic mechanical composite polishing experiment.Based on the electrolytic mechanical composite polishing experimental equipment established earlier,the electrochemical mechanical composite polishing experiment was carried out on the small-diameter stainless steel long straight pipe,and the experimental materials and polishing materials were carried out.The electrolyte was selected,and the various surface parameters affecting the polishing quality were analyzed by orthogonal experimental method,and the optimal combination of processing parameters was obtained,and finally the single factors affecting the processing quality were analyzed to obtain the influence law.
