| Electrolytic composite polishing process is a combination of electrochemical machining and mechanical grinding processing method is the use of electrochemical machining in the processing of refractory materials eutectic removal of the advantages of high efficiency,combined with the role of mechanical grinding,so that the surface is polished to achieve the process of gloss.The machining process is cold processing,there is no thermal stress,and the workpiece surface without residual stress,cracks and deterioration layer and to a certain extent,improve the surface strength of the workpiece;obtained corrosion resistance of the workpiece surface,aesthetics and a series of advantages so that technology has become increasingly prominent in the field of metal surface finishing.In this study,electrolytic machining and mechanical grinding compound,the combination of the advantages of both processing technology to improve the polishing efficiency and polishing quality,to solve the refractory material surface finishing;through a series of process tests to find the best combination of process parameters,And the use of the best combination of process parameters obtained for further experimental study to verify the feasibility of the process,and explore the polishing effect of different processing techniques,analysis of the research process,improve and form a certain process.In this paper,stainless steel as the test material,the stainless steel side of the composite polishing test and analysis to explore the side of stainless steel composite polishing process,the specific work is as follows:(1)Electrolytic mechanical polishing test system is designed and constructed.The system mainly includes the main body of the machine tool and its ancillary structure,control system,electrolyte circulation filtration system and processing power supply.The electrolyte circulation system is three-stage automatic circulation filtration,stable,filtering effect to meet the requirements.(2)The composite electrode was designed and polished by this electrode.The combination of electrolysis and mechanical polishing was well combined to achieve the composite polishing on the side of stainless steel.Combined with the structure of the composite electrode,the liquid ejecting device,the liquid ejecting device and the composite electrode Assembly as a whole,compact structure,reliable work,the electrolyte did not appear during the more serious leakage or oozing phenomenon.(3)A series of technological tests were carried out on several main process parameters that affect the quality of polishing.The optimum process parameters were obtained through orthogonal experiment analysis.The processing parameters which have significant effect on the side-polished quality of stainless steel were the processing voltage and feed rate,The main process parameters were single factor test.(4)Using the orthogonal test results and the optimal combination of process parameters,the stainless steel was processed in stages,the surface roughness was reduced from 2.76μm to 0.17μm,and the polishing effect was achieved.Compared with different process routes,it is concluded that the polishing quality of composite polishing is better than that of purely mechanical polishing under the same processing conditions.(5)The design of the three different complexity of the path of the composite stainless steel side polishing,the test concluded that the different path under the polished quality is not very different,that is,the side of the stainless steel composite polishing process,the complexity of the walk route has little effect on the polishing quality;the reasonable choice of processing parameters,the good combination of electrolysis and mechanical action is the key to obtain the ideal polishing quality. |
