With the successive evolution of modern enterprises,the discrepancy between enterprise ownership and management right is becoming increasingly prominent.There are some problems in the principal-agent relationship,such as information asymmetry,inconsistent business objectives and so on.The existence of these problems prevents enterprises from moving forward in the right way.The implementation of equity stimulant can effectively solve this problem,link corporate governance with management,mobilize the work enthusiasm of the management,make the best of to the management ability of the management,and give priority to the long-term interests of the company.Make important investment,financing or operation decisions to maximize the healthy development of the company.meanwhile,implement equity incentive also provides a long term enterprise incentive mechanism to help incentive objects improve performance and achieve the goal of healthy competition and healthy development within enterprises.Equity incentive was first adopted by the U.S,developed in European and American countries,and gradually recognized by many enterprises.Although China’s equity incentive mechanism started late,domestic enterprises also have more research and attempts on equity incentive mechanism.Since the introduction of equity incentive policy in 2006,listed companies have paid more and more attention to equity incentive.With the gradual implementation of various management norms,China’s equity incentive has entered a golden period.Firstly,this paper selects blue water resources as the main research object,analyzes the methods of four stage shareholder incentive mechanism,and selects several typical financial and non-financial indicators to evaluate its implementation effect.And come to conclusion that the implementation of incentive system can improve the solvency and viability of enterprises to varying degrees,especially when relevant indicators are included in the evaluation indicators.The financing effect is more obvious.In order to ensure the availability of encourage,enterprises must design reasonable equity incentive conditions on the basis of Different situations.In addition,all departments shall continuously improve relevant information according to the truth of the company.Regulators should also strengthen supervision to prevent some enterprises from breaking through loopholes in laws and regulations and obtaining unfair benefits.The cooperation between the government and enterprises provides a good external environment,which makes the implementation of equity incentive more reasonable.This paper introduces the equity incentive system and its improvement,analyzes the changes after Incentive activities,confirms the advantages of the equity incentive system,Identify the weak point of the equity incentive system,and puts forward targeted suggestions to benefit Bishui and other industrial enterprises.
