| Mixed ownership reform of state-owned enterprises has been carried out for a long time,but the previous reform was not in-depth,nor thorough,and the transformation of enterprises was not fundamentally realized.After the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,China’s economic development pattern needs to be transformed to change the previous high-speed development,pay more attention to the quality of development,and strive to achieve high-quality development.This shows that economic growth needs to be adjusted with the help of the development power of the market itself.In the previous operation process of state-owned enterprises,many development relied on the welfare advantages of national policies,and the role of the market itself was not fully reflected.Under this development trend,the development of state-owned enterprises should meet the needs of The Times,so it is necessary to carry out a more thorough mixed ownership reform of state-owned enterprises,introduce private capital,stimulate enterprise power,optimize enterprise management mode,and bring fundamental reform to state-owned enterprises.Zhongjin Jewelry is the second batch of pilot units of mixed ownership reform determined by the state.By carrying out the mixed ownership reform,zhongjin Jewelry completed the listing of the enterprise,made the ownership structure more reasonable,and also brought about changes in operation,profit and other aspects of the enterprise,affecting the performance of the enterprise.Therefore,this paper adopts the method of case study to analyze how the mixed ownership reform of Zhongjin Jewelry affects its performance.This paper points out the research background and significance,and through literature review,learns about previous studies on relevant content,the reasons,paths and effects of existing mixed ownership reform,existing enterprise performance evaluation studies and related studies on the impact of mixed ownership reform on enterprise performance.And through the relevant concepts and theoretical analysis to lay a good foundation for the study of this paper.In the follow-up,the case of Zhongjin Jewelry was introduced,the process of its mixed ownership reform was discussed,and the performance analysis of the mixed ownership reform was conducted.Finally,the research conclusions,policy recommendations and future research prospects are drawn.This paper hopes to achieve in-depth research on the reform of mixed ownership,and also provides some experience for the subsequent batch of state-owned enterprises to carry out mixed ownership reform with the help of the case of Zhongjin Jewelry.Through reasonable mixed ownership reform,the performance of enterprises can be improved and the enterprise can achieve better and faster development. |
