Tools occupy a pivotal position in the manufacturing industry,with the continuous refinement of the industry and processing needs,so that the tool in the management process there are information resources isolated,management efficiency and other issues,how to efficiently manage tool information has become the focus of attention of the manufacturing industry.The introduction of Data Matrix(DM)barcode in the tool management system as a tool information carrier,unified identification of tools and various parts,can improve the efficient and automated management of tool information.However,the DM barcode application scenarios are complicated and the tool processing environment is relatively harsh,the DM barcode area is easily contaminated by wear,and there are problems such as positioning difficulties,distortion and distortion,etc.,and dm code positioning correction recognition has become an important factor restricting the development of tool management system.Therefore,it is of great significance to the research of DM barcode positioning correction recognition algorithm in the complex processing environment of manufacturing industry.In this paper,taking the DM barcode engraved on the surface of the tool as the research object,the positioning segmentation method of the improved HED network is used to locate the DM barcode,and different distortion correction algorithms are used to correct the DM barcode according to different distortion types,and the living code application model is constructed to achieve multiple recognition of one code.Finally,the improved DM barcode positioning correction algorithm and the constructed live code application model are applied to the existing tool management system,and an intelligent tool traceability management system based on two-dimensional code recognition technology is designed.The main research content of this article is as follows:(1)Improve the two-dimensional bar code positioning and segmentation method of HED network to improve the positioning accuracy.Aiming at the problem that the DM code engraved by metal parts in complex environment is inaccurate and difficult to locate due to wear and corrosion,etc.,the two-dimensional bar code segmentation method of metal parts based on improved HED network is proposed.In the rough positioning,the backbone feature extraction network and feature fusion module of the original HED network are improved,and the regional contour is extracted to complete the DM code region segmentation;the LSD algorithm is used to find the straight line in the area segmentation diagram during the fine positioning,and the interference caused by the non-interest straight line is reduced by straight line clustering,so as to achieve accurate positioning of the two-dimensional barcode area.Comparing the improved HED network model positioning segmentation algorithm with the traditional positioning method,the average positioning accuracy of this method reaches 97%,which has good robustness.(2)Non-standard distortion DM code correction algorithm to improve the recognition rate.Aiming at the non-standard DM code distortion problem,different correction algorithms are proposed for different types of distortion DM codes,strabismus distortion adopts perspective transformation correction algorithm,and surface distortion uses least squares mapping transformation algorithm to calculate the relationship between distorted coordinates and unscored coordinates,respectively,then used bilinear interpolation method to complete the distortion recovery of DM code and obtained the standard DM barcode images.The correct recognition rate of the DM codes before and after distortion correction is obtained though experiments.The experiments showed that this method could effectively correct the distorted DM code,and the recognition rate reaches 94%.(3)Design and implementation of tool traceability management system based on two-dimensional code technology.In view of the shortcomings of the traditional tool management system,a live code application model is constructed to achieve multiple recognition of one code,so that different content can be displayed when different business groups scan the same two-dimensional code.Apply the improved DM barcode positioning and correction algorithm and the constructed live code application model to the two-dimensional traditional tool management system.Completed the design of tool traceability management system based on DM code technology;Designed the system architecture based on SSM framework and We Chat applet,and the development of each terminal system is completed according to the analysis of system functional requirements.
