Under the multiple attacks of diversified demand for luggage products,the gathering of luggage manufacturing plants,and the transformation of more and more enterprises into intelligent manufacturing enterprises,if luggage enterprise manufacturers with OEM production as the main business want to maintain strong market competitiveness,it is necessary to lean the management of business operations,which is based on the lean production process in the production plant,to achieve cost savings and enhance the economic efficiency of the enterprise by lean production methodsl.This paper takes the F2 workshop of X factory as the research object,conducts field investigation and data measurement,analyzes and studies the problems that restrict the production efficiency of the workshop,and puts forward a lean production scheme suitable for the F2 workshop of factory X,providing practical ways for enterprises to reduce costs,increase efficiency,and reduce waste.First of all,this article conducts actual research and data analysis on the F2 workshop of Factory X,and discovers issues such as action waste of the bottleneck station,unbalanced production lines,unreasonable workshop layout,and on-site chaos in the F2 workshop of Factory X.Then,in response to the problems found,the MOD method was used to analyze and optimize the actions of workers at bottleneck stations.With the help of the establishment and solution of a 0-1 integer programming model,the optimal stations and processes of the production line were readjusted,and then the workshop layout was re-planned,an improvement plan for 5S management was proposed,and a 5S management scoring table was established.Finally,a comprehensive lean production improvement plan based on the F2 workshop of X Factory was obtained.After analyzing the effectiveness of the improvement plan,it is found that the optimized plan can reduce the original number of work places from 12 to 10,and increase the production balance rate of the workshop production line from49.78% to 84.88%.At the same time,it can reduce the intersection and detour of production routes and material transportation routes in the production workshop,making F2 workshop production more efficient.Finally,in order to ensure continuous lean production in the F2 workshop of Factory X,practical measures are proposed from four aspects: system,organization,personnel,and funds.
