With the acceleration of urbanization in China,the development speed and scale of construction projects have been greatly improved,and the complexity of safety management brought by diversified construction engineering systems has been increased.Although various management units have issued relevant safety management systems according to local conditions,due to the industrial background of the participation of multiple subjects in the construction project,there are still many problems in these systems,which are mainly reflected in the weak synergy of safety management and the poor clarity of safety responsibilities.It is very necessary for China to improve the efficiency of construction project safety management through scientific and effective safety management.Based on the synergy theory,the paper aims to apply the management synergy theory to the safety management of modern construction projects and study the symbiosis mechanism of construction project safety management applicable to all subjects.First of all,expounds the basic concepts and theoretical models of synergy theory and management synergy,and analyzes the feasibility of its application in construction project safety management.Through the analysis of the current situation of safety management of construction projects,the problems and causes of safety management at the current stage are summarized,and the logical relationship between the problems and management collaboration at the current stage is established,from which the necessity of collaborative analysis of safety management of construction projects is concluded.Secondly,the multi-agent safety behavior of construction projects is analyzed by using the method of building a management collaboration model,and five main dimensions of safety collaboration management are obtained.The coordination degree of elements such as the weight of elements,order parameters,subsystems and other elements is analyzed and calculated by using the modified analytic hierarchy process,and the safety symbiosis mechanism of construction projects is established.Finally,the mechanism is used to demonstrate the case,investigate and analyze a specific project case in Hefei,calculate and verify relevant theories,and put forward specific suggestions.
