In recent years,electric vehicle sales in China have shown a spiraling upward trend.Sales of batteries,an important component,grew rapidly.Although electric vehicle batteries are green energy,their service life is limited.If they can not be recycled scientifically and effectively after their service life,they will pose a serious threat to the ecological environment and human health.At the same time,the waste batteries of electric vehicles contain a large number of metals which can be used as raw materials for the production of electric vehicle batteries.Scientific and effective recycling can effectively reduce the production cost of lithium batteries of electric vehicles and realize the recycling of resources.The recycling of electric vehicle waste battery is a systematic project,but the recycling of electric vehicle waste battery in Our country presents a disordered state of scattered management.Electric cars,recycling of waste batteries belong to the category of the reverse logistics field,therefore,research on the electric car battery reverse logistics network can not only improve the electric car waste battery recycling,reduce the harmful material influence on urban ecological environment,and to provide the basis for the reverse logistics network planning and construction,to standardize market order to provide the reference.First of all,this paper expounds the recycling situation of electric vehicle waste batteries from the aspects of research background,research significance and research status at home and abroad,reviews the research trends of domestic and foreign reverse logistics network,electric vehicle battery basic theory and vehicle scheduling problems,and defines the research content and technology roadmap of this paper.This paper analyzes the status quo of reverse logistics network of electric vehicle waste battery from three aspects of recycling scale,recycling policy and recycling process,points out the existing problems,and builds a reverse logistics network model of electric vehicle waste battery.Combination model,the design optimization of the improved bat algorithm,aiming at the existence of traditional algorithms of bats in the late drop and lower convergence precision and convergence speed is easily plunged into local optimal state puts forward the problems such as gaussian disturbance,block mutation strategy,parallel strategy and inertia weight of the bat algorithm is optimized to improve,the improved algorithm,bat It improves the ability and level of global search and local optimization.Finally,in order to carry out specific analysis on M city as A case,this paper introduces the M city economic development level,according to the M city electric car sales market supply A model is used to M city electric vehicles used batteries and total amount and the electric vehicle used batteries to forecast analysis,using MATLAB2016 bat algorithm for optimization of the improved model for the solution of the programming design,The logistics nodes of the reverse logistics network of waste battery of electric vehicles in M city and the distribution of transport flow are obtained to test whether the model is feasible.
